I’ve used a few different tools over the years to level out low spots and smooth out topdressing in my yard, and the Walensee Lawn Leveling Rake has been hands-down the best one so far. The 30"x10" head covers a good amount of ground without being too bulky, and the 7FT steel handle gives you the reach and leverage you need without bending or flexing like some cheaper models. It was easy to assemble! It worked great on both soil and sand, and made it surprisingly easy to level out bumpy areas and blend in new dirt. I used it after aerating and overseeding, and it really helped give the lawn a smooth, even surface. The tool feels solid, well-constructed, and built to last — definitely not flimsy or cheaply made. If you're serious about lawn care or just want a pro-level finish in your yard or garden, this is worth every dollar. I can see this lasting for many seasons to come. Many options available from multiple companies. It was hard to choose what was best. After making a decision, I chose what I felt was the best product and the rake did not disappoint me. This rake performed like the offer said. It was easy to assemble. The length of the handle allowed me to distribute the dirt easily giving me a level area for seeding. The quality of the rake, durability, and weight provided easy handling. I highly recommend this product for small and large leveling jobs.

Package included all parts as described and rake was easy to assemble. I bought the 40 inch blade without taking weight into consideration. At 7 feet long and just over 35 pounds it’s exhausting for me (70 yr old F) but it does the job. I didn’t have trouble moving soft loamy sand but leveling dirt mixed with some clay clumps was too hard. I had to use a standard size steel rake first, then finish with the leveling rake.

Excellent width. Would highly recommend investing in this if you like working on your lawn and hate bumpiness. Works well and is east to use. Very sturdy and levels well.

I only used it one time but it works extremely well. Quality seems to be pretty good, it's not flimsy but we'll have to see how it holds up. I will only use it from time to time so I think the quality will be more than what I need. Assembled easily, no real issues there. The handle is extremely long, which is very helpful. It spread out the dirt pretty evenly and works as I needed it to.

Worked well enough for smaller projects, would recommend adding runners to prevent flipping when moving volume.

I used this rake to spread a compost/sand mix over my yard for leveling, and it handled the job perfectly. The metal is sturdy, the welds are solid, and it doesn’t flex or feel flimsy even when pushing through heavier material. The head has just the right spacing to move material evenly without clogging. Pro tip: for best results, use slightly damp sand/soil mix and go in multiple directions — this rake really shines in that final pass. Als jemand mit einem größeren Garten war mir ein stabiles, großflächiges Werkzeug wichtig, das sowohl effizient als auch langlebig ist. Dieses Modell hat meine Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Verarbeitung & Qualität: Der Rechen besteht aus hochwertigem Edelstahl und macht einen extrem robusten Eindruck. Der Stiel ist solide und hat eine angenehme Länge von 213 cm, was ergonomisches Arbeiten ermöglicht – auch für größere Personen. Das Rechenteil selbst misst 76x25 cm und deckt dadurch eine gute Fläche ab, ohne dass man ständig hin- und herlaufen muss. Funktion: Egal ob frischer Rasensand, Erde oder feinere Substrate – der Rakel verteilt das Material gleichmäßig und zieht kleine Unebenheiten sauber glatt. Besonders beim Topdressing nach dem Vertikutieren spart man sich mit diesem Werkzeug viel Zeit und Muskelkraft im Vergleich zu einem normalen Rechen. Auch leichte Bodenwellen konnten gut ausgeglichen werden. Komfort: Die Handhabung ist intuitiv und durch das Eigengewicht des Rechens ist kein großer Kraftaufwand nötig. Man „gleitet“ fast über den Rasen. Durch den langen Griff hat man eine sehr angenehme Arbeitshaltung und muss sich nicht ständig bücken. Good sturdy product for small gardens or patches needed leveling. With the benefit of hindsight I would buy a larger version for my garden that required a full top dressing and levelling. Soil will build / clump up on the rake if the soil/top dressing is too damp.

Works as advertised. Reasonable quality for home gardening. Long handle seems a bit odd at first but really helps le level on grass. Helps if grass is cut short before levelling.

It’s a very sturdy item, well made and the only issue really for me is that I needed it wider. Hardly a failing of the product and feel guilty not giving it 5* to be honest. But I think it would take more work than something that would be an extra 50cm wider, but then that product may be way heavier. So for smaller lawns or larger flatter lawns it would be absolute perfection.

Stabile Ausführung. Liefert sehr gute Ergebnisse auf dem Rasen. Lohnt sich.
