Was packed very well! Worked great after we put them in!!!! Was easy to replace! Quality was excellent!!! Heat level was pretty much immediately after replacing the old ones with the new ones!!! Fit was perfect!!! Replacement value was excellent!!! All around great product for the price and it came with the tool which was a bonus!!!!

It was as advertised. The thermostats work. Both of the elements are the straight, high density type. So far no issues.

Everything went in just fine after a horrific time taking the old elements out. Ended up drilling a pocket and using a pneumatic impact chisel to get it out. 8 months later, breaker started tripping ans had air in system again. Still under warranty so they gave me a full refund within 24 hours. No questions asked. Buying from them again.

New parts fit just right. No problem with the installation. The parts looked a little different but part operation was the same. Overall performance is the same. The new parts were very nicely packaged and the fitup for installation was great.

Upper thermostat and lower heating element died in my GE50M06AAG. The kit fit perfect, and was easy to install. The wrench was solid and sturdy. It helped a lot to unscrew the old warped heating elements. They put 3 gaskets (1 spare) in the kit, which is nice to have around just in case. No leaks after replacement. Great price. Saved me hundreds of dollars if I were to replace the entire heater. Awesome product! If you have some basic electric and plumbing skills and can do some internet research, you can totally replace it yourself! I recommend running your plan through AI and printing the checklist on paper before starting. Use common sense, be careful, have a plan, safety first - and you'll be rewarded with your water heater working again.
