Hot & Cold Therapy Face Mask for Migraine, Sinus & Headache Relief (Purple)

Chronic migraines left me struggling for sleep and relaxation until I found this. I’ve bought several so I can have one at my parents house, one in my luggage, two in the freezer incase I need another the same night. Even if it’s not cold from the freezer, this mask will help me fall asleep just from the weight which is so relaxing. I’m so thankful for this product!!

I gave it five stars, because it works well and the heat last longer than any of my previous “masks” and it covers my whole face. The nose hole provides just enough space to allow me to breathe. I find the weight of it perfect to keep it in place. The only downfall is the flax smell smells similar to that of a farm animal to me but definitely not horrible. Great product! Update…microwaving it made burnholes. Two minutes in the microwave for desired heat about six weeks in. Sad I had to throw it away.

This heat mask works very well. It holds it warms my sinuses for half an hour and it fits neatly over the nose ( I have a small face). When i microwave it it smells like flax crackers, not bad but a different scent would be more appropriate. The natural smell of flax is far and away better than the nasty smell of plastic othat many other heating pads put out. I recommend this product.

This is an amazing Hot/Cold face mask. I have had the flu b this week and after two days of using dish towels moistened in microwave to relieve my sinus pressure I was ready for something more substantial. The reviews on this product are what sold me. I followed the directions and heated in microwave for 1 minute. It’s fantastic! No smell and light weight on my face. The heat lasted about 15 minutes waning the last 3-4 minutes but it did the trick. It made my face feel so much relief. Just exactly what I needed. It’s also been great to put on pillow and lay on one side of my face for my headache. Highly recommend if you are looking for a 12-15 heated mask for your sinuses/face. ( I haven’t tried it cold yet but it’s most likely the same amount of time)

I bought this to help manage migraine / headache / sinus pressure pain... I keep it in the freezer in a Ziploc and grab it when needed. What I like about it: stays on my head without falling off, is effective while it is cold Why I really dislike: It stinks! To me, the smell is not comforting at all (like I read in a different review) and is quite funky. Also, it only stays cold for about 15 - 20 minutes outside if the freezer. Overall, wish I would've bought one of the more expensive head wraps that stay cold longer and don't smell like musky, funk

I love this mask so much!!! I already have an eye mask for cold but I wanted something for heat & this is SO relaxing & soothing! What I love about the beads is as it cools down, you can shake the mask to get the warmer beads to redistribute. It's perfectly filled, not too many beads but not too little. And it's just the right size & weight for your face. I also move it down to my neck as needed. It may seem pricey for the size & functionality but I've been in pain for months & it's helped me in the last day I've had it. I couldn't be happier & I'll continue to use it. Even though it says "face mask", it's small size makes it useful for other areas like the tummy or legs for cramps & even the back. Since it cools naturally, you don't have to worry about burns if you fall asleep.

This mask/pillow is amazing for headaches and sinus issues. It is the perfect weight to put pressure just where you need it. I have gone through at least 4 of these over the years, only because the beads lose the ability to stay warm over time.

Les gens commentent mon visage, surprenant! Moi, je n’ai plus les yeux secs et ma mère va mieux avec son glaucome. C’est vraiment bon pour la santé des yeux.
