Disgusting taste
This product is very strong. I usually only use half a packet at a time. The taste is horrible though. It does work for cramps, but so does tonic water.

Problem of Cramping solved
Iโm someone who sweats a ton working in a very physically demanding job. I had a bad leg cramp on one particularly difficult summer day and I realized it was not just a sodium deficiency (but a potassium/magnesium one too).
