A: The "wireless" in description refers to this camera supporting 2.4GHz WiFi wireless connection. It needs to be plugged in all the time for power supply.

**Q: Why I can't connect the camera?**
A: Pls note: camera should be plugged in and indicator light should flash red and blue slowly; During connection, the phone and camera should be under the same 2.4Ghz WiFi (5Ghz is not supported). The detailed instruction pls refer to the user manual.

**Q: Why do I receive alerts every few minutes?**
A: When an object in front of the lens moves and the camera pixels change, an alarm will be triggered. You can adjust the detection area & sensitivity in the Settings-Motion detection. You can also set a detection schedule to reduce unnecessary alarms.

**Q: Do I have to subscribe to cloud storage?**
A: No, this is optional. Each user enjoys a 30-day free trial of cloud storage. Or you can use a TF card (not included) to record videos 24/7 for free.

**Q: What is the power cord?**
A: The cable is 2.5 meters long. One end of the power cord is fixed to the camera, and the other end is USB-A port.
