LIBERATES ME FROM RUNNING OUT OF BATTERY TIME!
GOOD - I am very pleased and happy with this product. Krisdonia (Shenzhen Tech. Corp.) has liberated me and made me feel free to sit for hours at outdoor coffee shops and indoor mall seating by the fountain. I get my laptop battery charged plus many MORE hours from the Krisdonia. I am using an Acer Aspire 5 (A515-43-R19L). Krisdonia is a really good equipment! Operating this battery is very simple, but the directions must be followed EXACTLY for success using it. Directions say turn ON by holding down front button for 2 seconds - needs to be 3 seconds to hold down and turn ON and then one changes the voltage selection by rapidly pressing the same front button two times ("double click") and then 2 times again for the next voltage level selection until one has the correct setting for your device - I also use the Krisdonia for cell phone charging and recharging u. s. b. bicycle lights. When finished charging devices one should hold down the same front button 3 seconds to turn Krisdonia OFF. The Krisdonia is very attractive in black and elegantly minimal. The older technology of the Krisdonia makes it about 3 lbs., but that is why it is affordable. The so called "pass through" charge meaning charging the device, using the Krisdonia plugged into an outlet while simultaneously using the device, may or may NOT work. The directions say if Krisdonia automatically shuts off, then this will mean that it is telling you: "pass through" will not work. I cannot do this pass through - the light on front and the Krisdonia itself just turn off. However, I can plug the CHARGED Krisdonia into the laptop WITHOUT having the Krisdonia plugged into a wall outlet and charge the laptop WHILE using the laptop. In other words- - I have to unplug the KRISDONIA from the wall outlet before I can connect to the devices for charging them while using these devices. For those, like myself, who do not know what "voltage" means -here's a tip not to worry: if you set the voltage too low nothing will happen. It just will not go on and no electricity goes through. If you set the voltage too high, it will only put the right amount in without causing harm. In other words the higher voltage amount will be reduced to the voltage needed by the item being charged. It will not burn or explode. Incidentally, I charge my bicycle rechargeable lights and smartphone also-works fabulous! I am able to use the Krisdonia and connect it to my laptop with only one simple cord provided - real simple! Charging Krisdonia takes approx. 3-4 hours and will read out a digital % number as it charges and reaches 100%, but it can also be partially charged like if you are in a hurry possibly use it when it says 47% and then that takes about 1 more hour to reach 100%.

Buy Without Hesitation
You never know what you are getting with off-brand overseas products. This product is legit. I was not paid or compensated to leave this review. 1. You press the only button on the device to turn on. It defaults to 5V, which is for USB. You click button twice quickly to move up through different voltages, with it returning to 5V after the highest 20V setting. This feature is easy to use and works. 2. I tried using this to charge/run my Dell Precision 7550 and Thinkpad P1 Gen 3. These are both high end workstation laptops, the 7550 especially, which come with 185W and 135W power supplies, respectively. At the lowest power mode on the Precision 7550, power saver, in Win10, internal laptop battery lost about 1% per hour, with this external battery lasting about 3-4 hours. It was able to run the laptop the way my AC adapter does--on low power mode in Win10. I was not masochistic enough to try high performance mode. I had the same excellent result with my Thinkpad. The adapters provided with this device plugin where the AC adapter does, and the Dell (large) and rectangular Thinkpad both worked. They fit snugly in holes, but there was some metal on the adapter protruding out the adapter hole on laptop, which the native OEM Dell and Lenovo adapters do not do. This is very minor and did not bother me, though anything contacting the protruding metal would be electrified and maybe short out device. Overall, I was incredibly pleased that this battery can honestly power both my absurdly powerful workstation laptops--the Precision especially. These are 15" not 17" workstations, however. I cannot vouch for all the other connectors, but the Dell and Thinkpad worked for me at 20V setting. I did check output with meter before using, to make sure didn't fry my laptops, it was 20V. I did not have equipment to determine amp draw of the device, or my laptops, but I think the huge power adapters that ship with them are designed to allow running device full throttle (which is absurd amount of computer processing power with the 7K series precision) AND charge the battery. This device lists maximum output of 4.7A at 20V, or about 94W. This would mean if its 185WH rating is legit, it should last about 2H at maximum output. It lasted 3-4 hours, which makes me think output is about 2.5A to power my laptop. I again could not measure amp draw directly, these are guesstimates. Overall, I got this primarily to power my workstations when travelling, the manufactures used to sell external swappable batteries that clicked into system, but no longer do so most all batteries being completely internal, but this is ultimately a bit better because it allows powering multiple brands of laptops without buying batteries for both. 3. I used both USB ports to power/charge a phone and tablet, simultaneously, including a Samsung Galaxy View 2, a huge tablet. If it can handle workstations, rest of stuff is easy, but just confirming that both USB-A and USB-C ports work and did not fry at least 5 different devices, it tried and powered or charged all effortlessly, including a Google phone, Samsung phone, a Google tablet, an Apple tablet, and a Samsung tablet. 4. This device is large, but I didn't expect to power a precision 7K series with something tiny. It fits in the rear or front pocket of my laptop case, which is good enough for me, but I wouldn't want to be lugging it too far. 5. The small cloth zipcase that comes with it fits it perfectly, with a small front pocket that I put the Dell and Thinkpad adapters in. I can fit it in my leather attache front or rear pockets even in case; though a battery this big again will never be small, this is at least designed with a profile--it is reasonably thin--that makes it as portable as possible. The case has incredibly strong chemical smell and will need to be aired out prior to use. 6. The device did not grow hot while running my workstations or powering anything else. 7. The digital display is easy to read. The percent left is helpful, but the time left that some higher-end devices have would be helpful. The green display is a bit old-school, like an old digital clock, a smaller grey screen with better resolution might be better, which would allow time left to be shown. It is still essential to be able to see the voltage, and the percent left is much better than just four green lights like on most devices. The display works and meets the need, but something like on Yeti Sherpa would be great. 8. Minor quibble. There is no list of all adapters included in manual, nor way to know what the different adapters are with exactitude. Some have letters on side. The Dell says forDell right on adapter, but it still would be nice to at least have a diagram in manual showing closeup or list of what color or letter adapter is what. If I didn't own Dell or Lenovo, might have been some guesswork. 9. The only major gripe I would have, and it is still very minor, is inability to charge it via USB. You can only use the included AC power brick, which outputs 5V DC in, to a separate port on device. If I'm travelling, carrying this becomes a real pain. I would have preferred a USB-C in, or ability to use USB-C out as in, so I can use my slim AC outlet plug that a USB plugs into in a pinch. To use the stuff I normally travel with to charge it in a pinch, in other words. 10. When you consider they way American brands gouge consumers, this is an exceptional value. To take one simple example, the GZ Sherpa 100 has 94WH, about half this, and runs $300, meaning you could by 2 of these, have $60 to spare, and have four times the power of a Sherpa 100, though the Sherpa does have an AC output and a better display. 11. Airlines don't allow large Lithium batteries because they can runaway thermally and cause fires that are hard to put out. One of those too big could down a plane. This company makes a smaller one that is airline TSA compliant, but I didn't want that. I wanted the biggest battery or WH I could find in something still portable to power my workstation laptops. This is it. This was quite simply the best value on a per/WH basis that still seemed legit and reliable. The larger WH version had an outlet, but was not nearly as price competitive on per/WH basis, which is unsurprising because adding another inverter not cheap. 12. I did not drain device full to empty and measure total WH, so cannot vouch for total WH, but it is at least in ballpark claimed per laptop tests. I cannot speak for long-term durability of batteries, but they are all made at the same dozen or so Asian factories anyway. For just over $100, if it lasts a little less long than products 3-6 times the cost for much less WH, I'm fine with that. 13. Let's be honest, everything is made in China anyway, American prosperity is coming to an end, why not just buy direct from Asia at half or a third the price, and cut out American companies that just mark everything up and gouge consumers? That's what I did and I couldn't be happier. ### Updated review, 03Apr2025. I have become less satisfied with this over time. The primary reason is the lack of USB charging, which now supports 100W via USB-C. Devices like this with specialized chargers rather than USB-C are legacy. This still holds charge fantastic, without latent, passive, self discharge of fancier trendy devices like Anker, Ugreen, etc. I can put it on shelf, pick it up 2 months later, 98% charge. Devices like the Anker 737 or Ugreen seem to discharge rapidly passively, which isn't problem day to day use, but more problematic if you don't want to charge it every few weeks. Most devices like this only provide usable capacity of about 60% of rated, this is no different, but it has maintained that capacity over time with modest but not heavy use. So years later, batteries still going strong, but I simply cannot recommend this device with its antiquated need for separate DC charger, and its lack of support for 100W usb-c output without a special cable, to run laptops. The need for specialized input and output cables to utilize higher power makes this a legacy device I would pass on, despite the good quality.

Excellent Power Bank
I’m mainly using it to power a Positive Grid Spark 40 amplifier. It works very well, but if anything, the Krisdonia is too smart for my purposes. Since the Spark is not a device being charged, the power bank doesn’t recognize it, and the 1-minute shutdown kicks in. The solution is to plug in a USB device to increase the current draw and keep the power bank on. This was recommended by many members of Spark 40 groups on FB, and also by Krisdonia themselves. A simple USB light will do. You could also charge a device via USB while powering the amplifier, but again, once the Krisdonia senses the device is fully charged, the 1-minute shutdown will occur. So for me, it’s a USB light as it requires a constant draw. While the design choice of needing to double-press the power button to cycle through the voltage choices is a very solid one, it’s a minor hassle but ensures greater accuracy than putting the voltage choices on a slider-switch, for example, which could easily be placed in the wrong position and POOF!, bad things happen! Krisdonia designed it in such a way that the user HAS to make sure it is in the correct voltage for the customer’s intended application. What would be a very nice feature would be if it could “remember” the last selected voltage output. Cycling through all the settings to get to 20V (what the Spark needs) every single time the power bank is used is a slight inconvenience. This suggestion was sent to Krisdonia, and their reply was that they would take it under consideration. Overall, highly recommended. Fast-charging, long-lasting, so far it’s been very dependable for a number of uses. Even with its shortcomings, such as having to set the correct voltage every time it’s used, and needing to bump up the draw with a USB device, again, just for my purposes regarding the amplifier, it’s no fault of the power bank’s design, I very much like it and I’ll keep it. I can use it for much more than just powering the Spark.

Less than 25% of the claimed capacity, and no After Sales Support
On the Surface, this is a decent Battery But it has some MAJOR MAJOR Caveats, and is not anything like what you expect. Top of mind is that although the Battery is listed as 50,000 MAh its tested capacity is orders of magnitude les than that. I have just finished completing a series of 6 Full discharge tests using a calibrated Battery load tester. Over USB-C at 5.00 volts on a constant 3.00 amp discharge, the measured capacity across all 6 tests was just 13,280MAh. The best being 13,604 and the worst being 12998. That makes this a firm DO NOT BUY from Me. Other points to note.... 1/ The USB-C Power Delivery port supports a maximum 12Volt output with a max Current draw of approx 3amps. (Poor PD Support) 2/ To charge Laptops you must use the 12Volt 5.5X2.5mm Barrel output adapter. DO NOT lose the adapter Dongle. You cannot obtain replacements due to NO after sales support. 3/ High current DC Ouput >4.5 amps for laptop charging is unreliable (unit shuts off and the power conversion efficiency at 20Volts is Horrendous. My tests showed just 40%, meaning you loose 60% of the claimed 50,000 MAh to voltage up conversion. You may be lucky to get 1 full charge of an HP ENVY laptop. 4/ IMO this battery is only good for lower power device charging of Phones and Tablets. It will power a Starlink Mini via the dongle but you'll only get about 3hours of runtime. 5/ If you value having support for the device then this NOT the device for you. I need to purchase a replacement Barrel to USB-C Dongle and all attempts to contact people over the past 9months have been unsuccessful.

Massive capacity, wide compatibility, good performance
Have owned this charger for a few days now. It works as promised. Massive capacity is enough to charge a surface book twice (I use mine with a Surface Book, Surface Pro, MacBook Air, iPad pro 12.9, ipad air 2, and iPhone 6s+). With this capacity comes some weight (a few pounds), but this is to be expected. It puts out plenty of amperage to keep up with surface devices at both 12V and 16V. Also charges MacBook air at full speed, very nice to include a magsafe 2 cable (not a lot of batteries include apple connectors). However, this device will NOT quick charge an iPad pro 12.9" via a USBC cable. I would guess this is because the Apple 29W USB C charger provides 14.5 Volts, while this battery only puts up to 12 V on it's USBC terminal. In any case, the iPad will only take ~12 watt charging rate at 5 volts even over the USB C cable. Also note that it will not charge devices while also charging the battery - appears to only operate in a single mode at a time (charge/discharge). Not the end of the world, though. The percentage indicator is not exactly linear, but this is also not a huge issue. Their calibration curve is such that it slowly declines between 80-100%, rapidly drops over the 20-80% range, and then slowly drops the rest of the way. Again, you still get the full 185 watt-h from the battery, but don't be alarmed when it seems like the capacity dropped a ton with only one tablet charge when the battery is in the middle of it's capacity curve. Buyers make sure you are aware - this 185 watt-hour capacity is LARGER than what is legally allowed through some airlines (typically 100 watt-hr max). It may not make it through security in certain countries. But this works great for long trips off the grid, or just nice for convenience around the house!

It's Really Good
I had ordered two of these Krisdonia Chargers to take with me on my trip to San Diego for FanDuel's World Fantasy Baseball Championship. We were going to compete for $1.5 million dollars on fantasy baseball and EVERYONE was going to bring their laptops or smartphones to use for the championship. Not knowing where exactly the event was going to be held and not knowing the amount of outlets that were going to be available due to the amount of electronics that were going to be brought to the event, I bought this. You can charge a large variety of laptops and cellphones from this power bank. I purposely ordered two-if one goes dead, I can swap it out and plug the other fully charged one in. I finally ordered it and there was a delay in getting it. Unfortunately, it was accidentally put on the wrong plane and was subsequently dropped and damaged during transit and Amazon done a really good job of replacing the items for me when they were damaged during transit. It didn’t matter because I ordered it in March and didn’t need it until August, so it getting damaged was no big issue. When I travel or order something for the holidays, I factor in delays in shipping like this just in case and order ahead. Anything can happen from point A to point B. I don’t wait until last minute to order stuff. A week and a half later I got both of them. It came in one long box with two smaller boxes. The first of the small boxes had the battery pack and a grey pouch to put the device in. The second box had all of your chargers, adapters and various adapters to fit into various AC ports on laptops. I took it to San Diego with me. Now in the description, it states that you may not take it with you on your flight. This is only partially true. Any battery pack over 120V but under 180V MIGHT be able to go on the plane with you. FAA requirements state that you must ask permission from the airline first before you can bring it on board. I did it with American Airlines. They said that I was OK as long as I had it with me in my carry-on bag and I got both on the plane without a problem. I don't think though the TSA people or the ticket agents really knew what it was anyways and they didn't really ask for proof that I asked them permission if I can carry it. It passed all the X-Ray tests at the airport and as long as it remotely didn't look like a bomb or something, they didn't give a crap and they waived it through. I don't think the TSA knows themselves what to flag and what not to. That's not their job to do that-it's the FAA and nobody from the FAA was there to help check bags for that sort of stuff. If the airline or TSA didn't care, neither did I and I didn't bother checking it again on my return flight. Anyways, when I got to the venue for the contest, lo and behold, it did not have a plug in site and I was the only smarta** in there that had a power bank. I was dying laughing watching contestants scrambling to change lineups on a dying phone and here I was with it on my table keeping my stuff charged while everyone else couldn't. I was in San Diego 3 days and one of the packs held its charge the entire 3 days-that's how big the capacity was on this. It took about 3 weeks after for me do get it down to zero. This was really powerful and done the job. A lot of the FanDuel contestants were interested in the power pack and took pictures of it so they could find it on Amazon too. They were impressed with it and it didn't occur to them to get one of these. I spread the message too. I loved this device. When you order it though and you intend to travel with it, just remember to take it to the airport and ask your airline carrier for permission to use it and you'll be fine.

Wouldn't charge laptop, but customer service was nice.
Before buying the product, I asked Q: Does it work with hp pavilion 15-au123cl, 2.31a, 45w, 19.5v? A: Hi. Yes, it can work with HP pavilion. Please double click the power button to set the voltage to 20V (compatible with 19.5V). And we include the adapter "4.5*3.0mm FOR HP". Thank you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I followed the instructions, but it wouldn't charge my laptop regardless of whether on or off. I sent an email about it and confirmed I was using the proper adaptor and voltage setting along with asking for a video demonstrating how it would flash that the computer was charging for a second or two, then the computer would say "plugged in, not charging," and in under 30 seconds the product would shut off. When tested with the laptop off, the power bank would again turn off all display lights after 30 seconds, and the computer wouldn't have charged at all when turning it on later. I know that my issue was different from other reviews where it'd charge for a while and then stop from overcurrent protection because my laptop never charged for more than one or two seconds. I would have rated lower for it simply not working, but the customer service people were very nice and did give their best effort to help, suggesting me trying the dell adaptor instead and such, but in the end I was left with a power bank I couldn't use for my laptop. Maybe it'd have worked with another laptop, but even if it had, not being able to use it with mine made it pointless to keep. Amazon was very helpful with the return process, too. ***Overall, this is my takeaway:*** go ahead and try buying it because really the buyer and amazon make it risk-free. I think mine was likely an isolated incidence since this thing feels and looks really sturdy and well-made, but for whatever reason, some defect made it not function properly for me.

It truly makes my laptop portable!
This is probably one of the best tech gadget I have purchased this year. It truly helps my laptop which frequently needs recharging and allows me to continuously use the laptop while directly connected to this charger! I also liked its simplicity in design and uses. All I had to do was open from the nice package, hold the power button for about 2 seconds, and next double click the power button to toggle the voltage level to 20 V (the voltage my laptop requires), then connect the DC Out port with the tip that fits my laptop and plug it in! It was so nice and easy and I am so glad that the tip fit my laptop port. There are a lot of tips that come with this, but I was able to find the correct fit with just 2 tries! Overall, I am very impressed so far. I will be taking it with me while going outside to places where there is no outlet or it also works wonderfully in places where the outlets are far or unreachable and you just want to settle nicely at one corner. It does little bit more than my laptop, but I would have even purchased it even if it was double or triple its current weight -- I'm that much happy with its usage! Right now I am typing this review as my laptop is being charged from 0% about 50% using this charger and charger capacity has only decreased about 35% (and that's also while the laptop is continuously being used). Many days I also have to work at a place where the laptop adapter hangs from the wall to the desk and sometimes people passing by can mistakenly trip on the wire or damage the wire tip. Now, that problem is also solved -- I can just keep this charger on the desk to charge the laptop and no more wires hanging around! This has truly increased the portability of my laptop in a sense that I can now take it anywhere without worrying about the battery.

Not great, not terrible.
This battery was able to power a 13.7W load at 20V from DC out for 9.16 hours. This make it a real capacity of 125Wh. So if I take the 185Wh of battery capacity, the board has 68% efficiency. The type c battery output is limited to 22w and the dc output is limited to 94w at 20w. For 65w usb c output, you need to use the adapter from dc to usb c PD that is included. If you want to use the 20v dc out for a mini pc or egpu, the battery will shut down if you you get a power draw spike so only usable for a egpu of a tdp of 55w. Not great, not terrible.

Best Power Bank I’ve ever seen
Battery life is amazing, it lasts so long. I’m powering my field recorder (zoom f8n) with this and I recorded for half day continuously and it still has 91% power. I also liked the items included in the package. You have a number of adopters so that you can use the power bank with almost any kind of device. In relation to power, this is the best equipment I have ever bought!
