Xerox B310/DNI Printer, Black and White Laser, Wireless

Apesar de las malas reseñas que tiene decidí comprarla por la marca Xerox crei que sería buena opción pero no lo fue. La instalé en una Mac pero nunca imprimió, mandaba a impresión pero solo decía ocupada y jamás imprimió, llamé a Xerox muy amablemente me dieron asesoría vía remota pero ellos tampoco pudieron instalarla correctamente ni hacer que imprimiera, con la aplicación de iPhone jamás pudimos enlazarla, pensado que sería el sistema operativo intentamos con Android y fue lo mismo no pudimos, la instalamos en un equipo Windows y tampoco fue posible. Me contacté directo con el vendedor y solo me dijo que presionara la tecla X y jamás me volvió a responder. La devolví, y Amazon como siempre su servicio al cliente impecable obtuve mi reembolso sin problema. Muy bien Amazon, fatal el vendedor.

The Xerox B310DNI delivers fast, clean black-and-white prints and has been dependable for everyday use. Setup was straightforward, the wireless printing works well from both my laptop and phone, and it feels solidly built without a lot of fuss. Printing at up to 42 PPM makes quick work of jobs, and the text quality is sharp. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that it’s a bit louder than I expected, and the toner page yield isn’t insanely high compared to some competitors. For a solid, no-nonsense monochrome laser printer that gets the job done at home or in a small office, this is a good choice.

Out of the box, there are clear instructions on how to get started. They have a QR code that takes you to their app. I highly recommend downloading the app first. Doing so will make your setup go much more seamlessly and will maximize the printer's functionality. There are links to video tutorials as well. In terms of setup, regardless of method you choose to follow, be sure you open the front and remove the foam liner between the toner and imagining module. I added some pictures with Step #'s added in case you're a visual person like me. I connected using wi-fi and not wired. It was a couple of steps to follow but honestly nothing more than other devices I've had to connect. So far (one month+), I've not had any connections issues. It's been stable. In terms of construction, the unit is solid and feels like it will last. The paper tray is easy to adjust and accommodates various size paper and stockboard. There is also a manual paper tray feed for things like envelopes or labels. I've not had the need to use it. There's two different print qualities. Regular and HD. I honestly can't see a huge difference but what I do notice is a significant slowing down in the print process using HD. The caching takes much longer in HD mode so it will print a page, pause and cache, print the next page. I personally keep it set to regular resolution. I prefer the speed and like I said, didn't see a huge difference. This is a black and white laser printer which have fallen out favor now that the cost of color ones have come down in price. I have a Canon BW laser that I got a year earlier for half the cost and it has a scanner/copy feature. If you lookup the Lexmark brand, you'll see how similar it is to Xerox. I did some research and it turns out Xerox bought out Lexmark in 2025. Given this, I would say you're buying a Lexmark printer with a Xerox brand name making it a bit overpriced for what you get. Regardless, it is a good quality printer and works for what I need it to do. Hope these insights prove useful as you're trying to decide. Thanks.

La calidad del tóner es malísima. Salen palabras con letras que no se ven en las primeras copias al igual que todas las que se han tomado. Hay una de ellas que todo el tiempo dice que hay una puerta abierta. Un desastre total. Estoy muy descontento con el producto.
