Is this just the cover for the key, or does it include a motherboard?

The one I bought for 34.95 is the entire key, just needs to be programmed and cut. I have not had any problems with mine, it works fine. It's the same as the one from Ford it just doesn't have the emblem on it.

Worked Great

I ordered 2 of these to replace the factory fobs. Both accepted the programming and work great. The Ford dealer wanted a small fortune to replace the originals, this is a great way to side step the dealer.

New Ford remote

I used the OBD KEY FOB 99347-817 CN to program this key fob for my auto. Worked like a charm. Love this so I can program my on key. Do not have to pay to much at a shop. If you chose this system you will have to pay for the key and programmer. I have used this twice over the time I have owned this auto. It has paid for itself during this time. Would recommend if you plan to keep your auto for a length ot time.

Good value!!!

Better value than other options!!! I found a lock smith that would program the Fob a lot cheaper than dealerships. You will have to shop around but overall no issues with the Fob. I would buy again and highly recommend!!!

FOB won't stay together. The two halves keep coming apart. This after I already invested in reprogramming.

Good Looking Replacement

Keyfob has a great OEM appearance and feel. It programmed successfully with ForScan, no issues. Key works great. A trip to the hardware store to get the key cut and we were off.
