Fits better the longer they are used.
At first, they seemed to slip around on the handles of my cast iron pans. I do have two different pans with different shaped handles. I have been using them regularly for months now, and forgot that I felt a little disappointed that these aren't form-fitting. They work great, have a good grip, and protect my hands from burns. It's so much more convenient than having to grab a pot holder every time I hold the handle!

Great Product
They fit the handles on my grill that lays on top of my stove. It keeps the handles from scratching my back tile and I can pick up the grill anytime when it’s on the burners. The color blends in the with cast iron grill.

Don’t put in oven.
Don’t put in oven. I did a heat test on the stove and it will stay cool enough to pick up for a very long time on high heat. After I took it off the heat I held the handle about an inch from the hot element. It definitely would be too hot to pick up in the oven! I tested the lodge brand as well and I had the same results. Bottom line. These are fine for stove top but don’t expect to take it off after cooking on stove top to put it in the oven. I can just imagine the food going everywhere! Only because they are silicone and not slippery as they are intended to be. They create a great group but does not come off the pan easily. Again this is intended and not a defect. So I only gave it three stars for effectiveness due to its inherent nature, not a problem with it.

Not for cast iron handles
When the handle gets hot and you put the handle holders on they get way to hot and start to melt . Making it very hard to hold on to . The slip off when you grab them not good!

These covers fit my pan handles perfectly. I like that they are red and stand out as a reminder the pan handle is hot. Most frequently used when using a pan on stove to oven back to stove (but cover is only on the handle while on the stove, not while in the oven).

Great quality! Takes a little effort to get on and off, however worth it! East to clean and good thickness!
