Where is the rif stamp?

Mine didn’t come with anything! No card or stamp that makes the claim.

How wide is this wallet?

Its only about 3" wide , and I don't recommend it because it won't open flat all the way so it would be difficult in using it for money.

Are the card slots Tight? Is it hard to insert and take out cards?

I haven’t had a problem with the card slots. I’m very happy with the wallet.

I'm confused. Is this genuine or vegan leather

In reading down further on the item description, it isclassified as P/U leather. And, out of curiosity, I looked up a definition for P/U leather..."PU leather, or polyurethane leather, is an artificial leather made of thermoplastic polymer used for making furniture or shoes. 100% PU leather is completely artificial and is considered vegan." So, I guess the person referring to it as vegan leather was not entirely incorrect...
