    Works really well on both of my dogs--short and long hair

This is a great product.  I bought two brushes--by different companies.  One brush was for medium-to-long hair (from the other company), and the brush doesn't remove much hair at all. The FURshark Deshedding Tool, however, works on my Puggle (short hair) and my lab/German pointer mix (medium/long hair).  The dogs enjoy the brushing, and I love having less hair in the house!

This rake does well to get the under coat but the rotating pins make a bit of noise. I bought it for a long haired cat, so the noise is a bit of an issue. He gets spooked.

I love this comb! The teeth are a smooth metal so they will not snag on the dog's fur. Works super smooth through my dog's fur and I didn't even have to use any de-tangler or conditioner! I hate putting unnecessary potentially toxic product on my dog and with this I didn't have to. I am so thankful!
