How do i use it if i dont have the power pack

Hello, there are two power cords in the package, one is the power cord with an adapter, suitable for plugging directly into the socket, no power bank is needed. The other is a USB power cord, which is suitable for power banks. Please note that our products do not include power banks.

How do I change from 660nm to 850nm and from 10Hz to 40Hz?

Hello, short press the switch to switch modes, and the lamp beads change differently in different modes. From ''Constant light-10HZ pulse-40HZ pulse''. Pulse mode will be flashing. PS: Regardless of the mode, 660nm and 850nm will be bright at the same time, but because 850nm infrared is invisible to the naked eye.

What is an ideal power back size for the belt?

You can literally use any USB power brick (their other site uses a 10000 mAh Power Bank, but there are better ones out there)... They are all over Amazon at some great prices... check the mAh (more = better, usually) and ratings/reviews. Search for "portable charger" or "Power Bank" or anything along those lines. As far as what size of power bank (so that it fits in the pocket of this belt) - it doesn't say anywhere that I could find, but - maybe just err on the side of smaller? (maybe 2.5" wide would be my guess)
