The usb interface to change audio files is not being recognized on computer. how can i get it to come up to change audio files?

Hello, there are Audio Version and Without Audio Version of the body bridge props, the default version of our store is without audio. You may buy the version without audio, and there is no way to change the audio, only the buzzer.

Can you splice in longer wires to make the distance longer?

Yes! We used "bell wire" to run the distance needed. Ours was installed in an old Movie Theater so we had a large space to cover.
