As someone who suffers from POTS buy them! They have worked great, they don't taste too bad but still have a salty taste. nowhere near as bad as other brands though!

2 tablets only contain 100mg sodium, 30mg potassium, 10mg calcium, and 6mg magnesium. So one dose for me is 10 tablets for 1000mg sodium. That means I pay $18 for SIX DOSES in the bottle!! Not a good value at all. Great taste, dissolves on your tongue great. No issues with nausea. If I take the entire 10 tablets I need for one dose, it works well. But since my Cardiologist wants me consuming 4,000-6,000mg sodium daily, this product just doesn't have enough electrolytes for my daily needs; more a salty candy than anything else. No pain relief other than maybe muscle cramp and migraine prevention if consuming enough tablets, MAYBE.

I almost can't imagine what this summer would be like without this product. We farm, and whether we like it or not, we are outside and have to be outside working everyday. We are seniors and these coconut-flavoured chewable pills are tasty, and easy to carry and eat anytime of the day when we start feeling a little wobbly. Very quick acting and I will definitely buy again and again and again.

Tastes amazing! I have tried nearly every flavour and to be honest that's the best one! Helps me with cramps and heat stress. Can't do without them during my workouts also when is hot outside.

We use these for sports, tournaments, cross Country running, Cheer competitions, skating competitions and they also work well for hangovers🤣. I always have a few bottles in my car for busy kids on the go and parents that play multiple sports too! I recommend them to anyone who is active. Pineapple Coconut is the best but berry, Watermelon and Orange are good too. They stop the cramping and post activity soreness.

I use these as I have POTS and I find them really helpful, easy to take quickly, taste just like piña colada which is a nice change from the standard orange flavours.
