Not a bad taste and I find it to be very effective.

I was recommended by a nurse friend to try these effervescence. My feet swole up from the heat and drinking these daily helped in the reduction of my feet swelling. I can feel when I skip them. Having different flavours helps me as I can get bored of one flavour. But the yellow is my favourite.

Since I have found ORS I now use them al the time for hydration as, being in a very hot climate, I have found them to be invaluable.

This seems to rehydrate quickly and tastes fine which some do not. Takes awhile to dissolve which can be a bummer but overall is a good product.

An amazing number of travel related issues can be mitigated by staying hydrated. Especially in countries that are hot, staying hydrated will keep you feeling energized. My wife got sick in Thailand. Between the heat and her stomach problems, she could hardly get out of bed. I thought I could just go to the store and buy her some Gatorade. Not only did they not have Gatorade, they had no sports drinks at all. I had to mix water, orange pop, and salt according to an internet recipe to make a homemade sports drink. After she drank it, she instantly perked up. Since then, I've always carried these rehydration tablets on our travels, because you can always buy bottles of water anywhere, drop in these tablets and you're good to go. At this price, it works out to just $1 per 500ml of sports drink.

I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated. Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
