KID K'NEX - Budding Builders Set ‚ 100 Pieces, Preschool STEM Building, Kid Construction Set, Creative Play ‚ Ages 3+

This is the second set of Kid K'NEX I've purchased. I bought the first smaller set last Christmas for my son when he was almost 3 years old. All year long he had continued to play with them, so I bought this set this Christmas because I liked the fact that it came with the storage tote. Now, at almost 4, he still loves to play K'NEX. I can say, they are made really well. The sticks have a slight bendable quality to them so you dont have to worry about kids poking their eye out. Easy to connect pieces together. Can build animals, machines, vehicles. Anything using their imagination. It's fun to play along with kids but my son is totally happy playing on his own with this toy. I would definitely consider buying this as a gift in the future.

Great Building Kit For Toddlers/Children. I wasn't too sure how my 3yo daughter would do with this but she loves it. The connector pieces are large and rubber which makes it easy for children to hold and connect. Likewise, the rods are plastic and large and also easy to manipulate. The 50 charactesr are easy to build and its a great way of getting your child involved. I sit with my daughter and have her pick out a character to build and ask her what color pieces she thinks we need and have her pick them from the bin/tub. I then show her how to put some together and ask her to mimic what I've done. It's a great learning and play tool and my daughter loves it. She also enjoys just sticking the pieces together and seeing what she can create.

I love the product. I 1st purchased a set over 25 yrs ago for my nephew and they didn't have sets for little kids, so I am thrilled they came out with 1 for smaller kids. Great learning tool to teach, how to build things and use your imagination to create different things.

They need to make more of these. My son got his first set when he was 7 or 8. He just turned 13. He still plays with them regularly. They're fun, you can add to them, the possibilities are endless and...he has CP so he can manipulate these better than legos. He loves the eyeballs and makes 'robots'. BONUS! They don't hurt like legos when they escape and you step on them in the middle of the night. Also, the set with the zip-up/zip-down thing that turns into a play surface makes cleanup fast. This is a quality, clever product that will last a LOOOOONG time.

I purchased this toy after looking for a good shareable building toy for my almost 7 year old and 3 year old twins. They all love it so much. My 7 year old likes to follow the instructions and build the ideas in the pamphlet, but my 3 year olds like to just wing it and make up their own creations seeing as they're too little to follow instructions. My only complaint would be that it's a bit pricey, and my boys tend to fight over the pieces. I am definitely going to have to purchase another set if I want them to play more peacefully together. So we're looking at about $80 in Kid K'Nex...yikes. That being said, it's still a great toy, and I'm glad I purchased it to begin with.

UPDATE(1/29/21) I got the rest of it! They sent it to me they said on the 18th, but they said it could take 2 weeks since it’s very busy for their company, and I got it today. Very happy with their customer service and that they fixed the issue without any problems UPDATE(1/18 /21) I contacted K’nex right after I wrote this first review on January 1st, they just got back to me and said their very busy right now but they will send out a replacement in 2-4 weeks! I will write another update when / if I receive it! I’m SO upset and disappointed. So I bought this for my daughter for Christmas because I knew she’d love it. I just opened it and started building and my daughter says “mommy where eyes?” And I was like wow this doesn’t come with the eyes? So keep building with her and realize it’s missing half of everything! I posted a picture and everything i circled is missing! That’s HALF the set! I paid almost $50 for this that is unacceptable!!! I would have never noticed if my daughter didn’t ask where it was. She’s so upset she can’t make any of the little guys now because the feet are missing. All the eyes are missing we don’t even have one pair. Their wings are missing. Everything you need to make the creatures. I’m returning this and will attempt to buy from another company I guess. So mad because she LOVED this.

Bought these for my grandson a couple of years ago & he still plays with it. Lots of figures to build & works with regular Kinex.

My 4 year old loves creating things with this K’Nex set. She enjoys making the suggested designs, and also creating her own. The pieces are easy to put together and are very well made.

C'est une activité ludique qui permet de suivre un modèle à réaliser en 3D depuis une image en 2D. Ça occupe ma petite fille pendant des heures. Le pied !

El producto llegó muy bien. Solo que no traía guía para armar modelos. Mis hijos arman con otros knex.

K’nex Kids is the best toy ever. I wish i knew of this product 2 years ago. My son, hubby and I all love building with this. My only complaint re this seller is i really wanted to buy another set for my son since he loves it so much he loves building looking at the suggested designs plus he likes to create his own. but when i went to buy another set i was shocked and very annoyed to see the price had jumped $20 from when i had bought it only a few week earlier!!! So I didnt bother buying another set.
