This set is very nice, the masks are not rough on the skin, the part that you place on your face is soft. No chemical smell and the mask fits my face very well. I love all the other ones it comes with as well. The straps are easy to adjust. I love that everything comes in a bag as well!

Totally works! I used this after some facial laser treatments to cool and soothe my hypersensitive skin. It gets very cold in the freezer so obey the instructions! It gave good total coverage of the face for a mask and it is good enough quality to be reused several times so far.

Best eye masks I’ve had! I have sinus pain behind my eye and forehead sometimes and this is the best at relieving the pain. Also helps with puffiness and is easy to use. Is also great for traveling.

I purchased the Medi Grade Cooling Ice Face Mask and Cooling Eye Mask set, and it’s been very useful for multiple purposes. The full face mask has helped a lot with headaches and migraines, and the eye masks are great for reducing puffiness, especially in the morning or after a long day. One tip: if you store them in the freezer, I recommend taking them out about 10 minutes before using. They get very, very cold, and letting them sit for a bit makes them much more comfortable on the skin. Overall, this is a great value set that works well for pain relief and self-care. I would definitely recommend it if you deal with headaches, eye puffiness, or just want a good cooling mask on hand.

Fantastic product and packaging, only giving it three stars because I had to come back to the product page to make sure I bought the right one because upon opening I didn’t see the under eye packs. The package sent to me was not what was advertised here which was a bummer because I was looking forward to using the under eye cooling patches.
