Excellent customer service. I purchased the two pack fan and one fan arrived defective. I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent me a replacement fan. This is my third Tornado fan. These are solid and well built. I have two of these that are rated for the outdoors and love using them when outside on my covered patio eating dinner with my kids and grandkids. Highly recommend.
