Zkt device doesn’t give support from seller or Zkt company
We are unable to install and use. I called customer care , they are not able to support customer. Inside box there is customer care centre contact. But they don’t provide support for uae. They said they have fecility to support only for india and saudhi Arabia.

No one buy this from this company save your money and efforts
I advise all to not to buy this device it's not user friendly i created faceprint and the device didn't confirm. Now the device locked no way to confirm the face no way to reset it no customer support help they don't replay or anyhelp . I ll return it product is very bad it was locked once i put a faceprint and cann't retrieve it again or rest the device customer support not answer no any help or support really don't recommed save your money

we have purchased 12 device, and they all are good and suggest to other also, good customer support easy to use the software

good device, but Amazon has no seller quality control . Received device was old, used and even password locked . Power adapter was missing . No replacement available , ultimately had to return the device

Very fast face recognition Support team was very helpful to get the product installed and configured First member addition on the device to configure wifi takes a little time as it has a small screen. Post that all functionalities can be managed via the web interface.

It was great experience purchasing & installing the face attendance machine from the company. Machine is very small in size with easy to use & having best quality camera. It has really helped us to solve the purpose. The company has supported us in every step of the machine & software installation process very kindly & promptly. They also helped us to use the machine by giving the proper information & software demo. I fully recommend others to buy this machine from the company.
