The equipment they installed and the website used to control it is “alarm.com”. I wish I’d known their tricks before purchasing their system as, for one, they make it VERY difficult for you to find your own add-ons like outlets and sensors. I have tried to find they products they sell to the customers (like the intertek smart plug), but Intertek sells only to the “dealers” so the consumer is forced to purchase through the dealer middleman at a tremendous markup. We’re talking really big markup. Huge.I have searched and searched for the add-ons I want. While there are several brands of z-wave products available, many just won’t pair with the alarm.com system. Don’t know the science behind it but can assure you they just don’t pair. This Evalogik z-wave smart plug paired with my alarm.com system on the first try! No fuss. It was quick, easy, and it works! Super happy to have found this! Will buy more Evalogik products. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Set & Forget *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on 25 April 2024* Connected to a Zwave mesh and an automation system (Google Home via Hubitat) it turns a decorative foyer light on at sunset and off at 11:00pm every day. So far it's been very reliable and I will buy some of the dimmers when I add lamps to my den. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looses control and has to be rebooted - updated *by A***G on Reviewed in the United States on 23 April 2023* Update - May 6 2023.EVA Logik saw my review and reached out with impeccable support and care for their product to ensure they are working correctly. I'm impressed with such support and resolve and wouldn't hesitate to buy more of these units with such customer care response and assurance. A good seller.I've purchased over 8 of these and this one is the only one giving me an issue. Every so often, it cuts out -- won't respond to commands and just freezes up until it's unplugged and plugged back in again. I also have over 70 other zwave units in my house and this one is the only one exhibiting such behavior. Of course, it's past the 30 day return mark. I can't find any references to a firmware upgrade or re-install so perhaps the mfg will see this and respond.
