Get the large, not small!!
Update 6/8/23 The company reached out to me directly and thought the issue might be that I bought the women's version vs male (small vs large). I thought the smaller one would be good as I have smaller bone structure. I had issues getting it to start in place and returned it. The company sent me a large version and I'm very happy to report that it works SO MUCH BETTER! It stays in place and is of very nice quality. It's heavy duty but the fit and finish (things like smooth edges, etc) is top notch. I'm very happy they provided me that opportunity because I now love it! The large balances much better than the small, allowing me to get deep into the areas I need without it sliding to the incorrect spot. I really like the idea of this product, the 3 size options and the heavy duty material, but can't for the life of me get it to stay upright. I matter which size I use, it tilts and doesn't allow pressure in the correct spot when I lay on it. I REALLY want to like and use this product, but just can't get it to work for me.

GREAT neck triggerpointers, small AND large version!
Hard shell and very effective. Can tip it different ways and use it other ways. Hits all the right spots. So happy I purchased this. I bought BOTH the large and small one and they work GREAT, touching on different trigger points. They have a weight to them and are not cheap hollow plastic, but more a slight rubbery feel. LOVE THEM

When I tested this out it was extremely hard on my neck, I had to return, This being said, it likely will work for some people some people.

neck is happy
I was skeptical and it took me more than a few tries to get this work, but it is actually dope. I wish there was more options for widths so I could use it even more places. Sometimes I go down my whole spine and position it next to each vertebra in turn and wiggle side to side. Very good for it's intended purpose, laying and relaxing the body to stretch these parts of neck that hold the most tension. Sometimes it's hard to decide when to stop because it feels so good. I don't think that I can apply this kind of pressure while allowing my body to relax, so I am grateful to have this tool to help me. I have connective tissue/eds but it's mild so I would recommend working with your doctor if you have concerns about overextending joints or dislocation, other than that I think if you can lay down and have a neck you should try this!

Occipital headaches
I get debilitating occipital headaches, and this tool gives me the hard pinpointed pressure to the base of my skull that I need. I lay my head on it in the floor. It’s easy to adjust the width of the fingers by rotating the tool around. It hurts using it, but it’s the good pain. Occipital people please try this one it’s the only one that’s hard enough to get the skull parts.

Helps me so much
This works great! You need to have accuracy on how you place your body on it and the movements you do. It requires body awareness and balance to get to the trigger points But it if you know what you’re doing it is the perfect accessory to self treatment /massage
