These towels are reliable and gave peace of mind while out and about. They are on the expensive side but it is a case of you get what you pay for.

Always bladder pads.
These are the best pads I’ve ever used,I have a prolapse with my bladder at the moment and wet often,these pads hold a lot of urine,I have never leaked I always feel dry and I even use these throughout the night although there is pads available for night 🩷x

I don't know if Always pads have been changed, or if these are of a poorer quality, but they have a papery feel rather than the "net" layer that Always pads used to have. I wouldn't be too confident using these for a heavy flow.
