Other than the camera button on the side of the phone being touchy lol it's a really good work and riding phone. I took a trip on my motorcycle. The rain didn't bother it. I work as a tech for Chevy. So far it's been run over and had a good shut on it. No damage yet. As for service. It took a day before Verizon would allow my sim card to work so to security reason. That's what the Verizon customer service said. I like the feature that tells you when the ram is being used by to many apps and it asks you if you want to shut them down. It keeps the phone running pretty quick. The headphones that came with it surprised me. They last at 5 hours with the volume all the way up. They r very clear with good bass.

I've had this phone long enough to know, I look forward to buying a new phone. Looks nice, it's not. It's trash. If you like continuous and uninterrupted audiobooks, music, or podcast. Then this phone is not for you. Do you enjoy lag in everything you do, buttons getting stuck, completely freezing for 15 seconds to a minute, videos going black with only audio, possibly taking blurry pictures or video, or maybe even having to scroll to the bottom of a page and back to use the search bar on any and all websites. No? That doesn't appeal to you? It wasn't for me either. You're gonna spend more time trying not to spike the phone of the ground. I intend on destroying this phone completely. This phone will be turned to sand if I can manage it. It doesn't deserve continued existence once replaced. So please save your funds and buy something else. If you have AT&T, don't bother with outside phones. They'll tell you they can't. They can, but they want you to go through them. So yeah, look elsewhere. Unless you like trash products. But hey, you do you.

I've always had Samsung Galaxy phones and I still love them but I needed a cheaper option instead of a new Galaxy and the refurbished Galaxies were around the same price as this brand new and a friend of mine had one and it looked neat so I tried it. Gotta say, a decent phone with loads of features and it's been well worth the price paid. The built in ear buds work fantastic but after extensive use tend to come apart easy. But despite coming apart a few times they always snap together again and still work. The phone itself is durable as hell. It works just as good as any other popular phone brand even tho it's a tad slower gaming but not terrible. If you want a cheaper option to a galaxy but don't want to sacrifice quality, this is a good pick. But be warned, it's not supported on a lot of networks even tho the hardware is up to par. TMobile supports it tho and they've been easy to deal with. Oh yeah, the battery life is INSANE. On a single charge I can listen to music, watch videos, and browse the internet and at the end of the day it will still be around 40-50% battery. It even charged my old Samsung phone to 100% while transferring my old files to this. So at the very least it's an effective power bank lol

My husband has Ulefone Armor 13 and is very happy with it. This one, Ulefone 15, is for my daughter has built-in earbuds! Our family has the latest name brand phones, but now my husband and daughter ditched their name brand phones. The connectivity of Ulefone 15 is way better than my $1,600 phone's connectivity. There is no question about the durability. It's super rugged. We didn't have any problems setting it up and transferring the data from the old phone to Ulefone 15. Clear quality picture and video. Long lasting battery too. We love everything about this phone. Since it's rugged, this phone is heavier that most phones on the market, but that's what makes it durable. Why pay so much money for a name brand phone like mine that always have a problem connecting to a network when we can have an affordable phone that functions BETTER. I can't wait to get myself a Ulefone since I am the only one with a name brand phone and always struggling to connect to a network.

A good all around phone either for work or your everyday phone . It's very durable and functional has a good screen resolution and size , the fingerprint ready and face recognition work great very quick response. Gets good reception and call quality . Reliable , fully functional , good screen resolution and call / speaker quality . Great budget very capable phone for everyday use and the built in headphones are just cool and convenient
