Is it 1 inch thick? Product dimensions say it’s “6 x 1 x 1 inches”, but reviews say it’s .5 to .75 inches thick.

It's approx .60" thick. The reason for this is because the back of this mirror sits about .25" off of the face of your car mirror so that it can pivot and you can then position it exactly as you need for your particular application. These are excellent mirrors, they are great at opening up all those blind spots.

How long are the actual mirrors?

They are approximately 5-3/8" long and 1-1/4" high. They sit about 1/4" off the face of the mirror so they can be rotated sideways and up and down. We have a Mazda MX-5 and they work perfectly; opening up all its' blind spots.

Is it adjustable or does it fit flush?

It doesn’t fit flush, it is adjustable up and down. I like the quality, they don’t stick outward too much and the adjustability works real well
