I load this to the top with clothes and it's so easy to carry with my arthritis! I can't imagine how their handles are falling off, with regular use. I bought the Large and worried that it'd be too small. Very happy that I didn't need the XL. This carries a large load washer capacity of clothes fine. If you're a person that waits a month to do laundry, then you'll need a bigger boat! My washer broke and until I can afford the costly electronic repairs, I've been going to the laundromat. This makes my life a lot easier!
