We tried to NAKED Creatine Monohydrate in the lemon-lime flavor while getting back into strength training because we were looking for a simple, clean supplement to add to our routine. We were both PLEASENTLY surprised at this one. First thing - it's creatine monohydrate, so performance-wise it does what you expect. The main differences noticed compared to other creatine is: taste, mixability, and ingredients. The lemon-lime flavor is actually really subtle and light, not overpowering or overly sweet. It's definitely not a "sports drink" type of flavor which I love. It also mixes well overall, especially in a shaker bottle. There can be a little bit of settling at the bottom if it sits for a while (typical of powdered supplements), but nothing unusual. It does NOT have a gritty or chalky texture, which was a major reason why we keep buying this brand. One of the biggest reasons we chose this option is the ingredients. It's very minimal and doesn't have a long list of additives or fillers, which was important to us. Overall, this is a solid option if you're looking for a clean, straightforward creatine with a light flavor.

Love the strawberry. I didn't read the dosage and used one scoop at first and it was pretty bad. Once I started doing two (or three) scoops, the flavor is awesome. Great creatine with no fillers.
