This chair is a really good chair it just was not high enough for me. I did not return it because it is a nice chair and if i had not had my neck broken at C4 and C5 i could have use it. I need a chair high enough to support my neck when i am using my computer for long hours. I gave it to my grandson for a gaming chair,he was thrilled. So we both won i didn't have to send it back and he is happy. It says high back,but i am 5'11" inches and my head goes over the top of it. I hope this helps someone decide. The design and the quality of this chair is really excellent. I should mention the assembly of this chair is really very easy. It is a quality chair well worth the money in my opinion. The reclining mechanism works very well. The inflatable lumbar support is a nice low budget addition to this chair. If you don't need constant neck support as i do i would recommend this chair. It is an excellent product for the money.

What a great chair! Comfortable, height adjustment works well and the lumbar support does as well. This was assembled inside 30 minutes from opening the box.

Overall the chair met all expectations except for one. It was easy enough to assemblem and is quite comfortable. The lumbar support pump works great. I purchased the ivory color chair and my only complaint is that there is a weird pink smudge on the seat that I have not been able to remove with any household cleaning products. Its small and does not detract from the overall use of the chair, it doesn't rub off on my skin or clothing, but this is a new chair and should not be stained. I don't want the hassle of returning so I will live with it. Maybe it will fade over time.

We've had this for well over a year now, still very comfortable, fits my husband being a bit taller and heavier. No signs of wear, very sturdy, looks sleek, all mechanisms work perfectly!

Bought this chair for my home office and it has served me very well so far. Very comfortable and has held up well so far. The available seat adjustments are appreciated as is the pump up lumbar support feature. Arm supports adjustable so if you want them out of the way, you can pull them back. Seems like a good choice for those like myself that have lower back issues. Good chair but leather is fake and cheap. I less than year and I can see leather is pulling off from handle side. Air bubble is not that helpful as it appears. overall chirr is comfortable and rotates very smooth and good for heavy people like me.

This chair is Comfortable and matches my build well (6’3 and 250lbs). I work from home a lot and this chair helps me keep good posture especially with the great pump lumbar support. The lean back is also smooth and doesn’t feel flimsy.

I just put the chair together, and it was very easy. The chair itself is very sturdy, and the seat cushion and backing are stiff/hard compared to other chairs I have tried, but still very comfortable. I don't know what the advantage of the push-up armrests is, but the feature works well. The one feature that I bought the chair for is the pump-up lumbar support. I have to say, with lower back issues alone, this chair is a great buy. The only issue I have is being a 6'1 guy, the back is a little too low, and it's very stiff to recline on easily. I have to scooch down a bit to take advantage of the headrest for that mid-day nap in my home office. All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

The chair was easy to assemble. Anyone who is even a bit handy should be able to do it on their own. It looks nice. The seat and backrest are fairly firm, although that might change with use. The backrest is a bit more upright than other chairs I have sat in and is not adjustable relative to the seat cushion. I am 6'1" and 230 lbs and find it fairly comfortable. The inflatable lumbar support allows for some adjustment to suit the individual. Whether the bonded leather holds up decently or starts to flake off in a few months remains to be seen. For the price, I am very satisfied with the purchase. Update: I have been sitting on the chair for over two months on a daily basis and is it holding up well. One small thing: the fold up armrests are somewhat more outboard than on a typical chair, which means when you use both armrests your arms are a bit splayed out. This would also probably mean that for smaller users, the armrests are a bit far apart to comfortably use a keyboard with both arms on the armrests.

Chair arrived today and was damaged, The leather/PU on the side near the stitching is torn and scuffed. Item is brand new and unused. Damage appears to be from manufacturing or shipping. Photos provided.
