Excellent Tools!
This Foredom system (paired with the 44T handpiece) is the first large, very powerful motor wood carving device I've used. Previously, I used Dremel, and while they still have their place, the combination of aggressiveness and dialed-in refinement the Foredom allows is wonderful! The components are well made - I know because although I'm the primary user, the students in my wood carving class love it, too! After more than a year of constant use, it still performs perfectly. It is money well spent.

It arrived the last day of the estimate by the seller, it wouldn't be fast enough unless it arrived the same day I ordered, but now that I have it I can't be happier smooth, quiet, and powerful, my new Foredom SR/ desk Speed Control is Fantastic. Thanks TR

Great machine
Better than a Dremel, especially at low speeds. Lots of power at lower rpm’s makes it more controllable.
