Vuelta XRP Pro SL 700c Road Bike Wheel Set Sealed Cartridge Bearings

I've ridden bikes and raced for years. Ridden all kinds of wheels. These are great inexpensive wheels. Two improvements I made after riding them a few times: I took some sandpaper and smoothed out the seam in the rim and I removed the stickers(peeled them off and used Alcohol to remove the adhesive). Both were causing a pulsation when I was braking. These rims are light weight and the bladed spokes are a nice feature. I'd like to see this type of wheelset offered with disc ready hubs.

Bought these to use on a cheap CX build I am working on. A question was asked about the internal rim width to which the seller responded as 18mm, which would be wide enough to fit 700x33c tires. However the actual internal width measured when I received the wheels was 13.7mm, this is much to narrow a rim to safely run 700x33c tires. If the question was accurately answered I would have known not to order these. Now I have to arrange a return and look for another set of wheels.

This is my fourth Vuelta wheelset. My first one, which I still have, is a disc brake set. After 4 years worth of riding, even as of today, August 9, 2021, it is still smooth and true. The second one is still in incredible shape. Both have been ridden very hard without any issues, including surprise potholes. I expect the same from both of the XRP Pro Vuelta SL 700c Road Bike Wheel Set Shimano, which I bought for two 2021 road bike projects. Looking at the wheels straight on, they look and feel great. These are straight and smooth rolling wheels. They do feel quite light, for noncarbon wheels. I expect my bike to decrease in weight by just shy of 1 pound. Unlike my first set, these do not look like a rolling billboard, meaning the stickers are more subdued, especially after I took them off. My Cannondale CAAD12 will be getting a Vuelta wheelset as well next year.
