Super easy to use, has a great case to keep it clean. Come with a USB charge cable, has a light and compass. It cranked two cars up and still have over 80% of its charge left. Super handy and much better than jumper cables. Many times the cables are not long enough, but no worries if you have this Jump Box. Highly recommended. Shipped fast, no issues, super simple that a teenager could easily use it.

I've had this battery charger for almost two years and so I think I can give a fair assessment of this device from both a utility and longevity perspective. Firstly, I have to say that this is a must have for any car, especially automatic ones. Batteries don't last forever, and it's essential to never be stuck on the road just because you can't get your car started. Since I've had this device, I've been able to start not only my car, but a few unlucky strangers who had broken down on the road on many different occasions. This device is fairly small, but really packs a punch. The internal battery lasts a VERY long time. On average, I was able to charge well over 15 times without having to recharge this battery. In fact, I've never quite run it completely dry. This thing will last for months without requiring a charge, and immediately perform when plugged in. It uses so little charge as well, so it's just an awesome value. Using it is very easy, and I've been genuinely surprised by how versatile it is. In addition to jump starting the car, I can also charge my phone, or use the flashlight. So in summary, if you drive, you need one of these. If you don't end up using it much, help out someone else in need from time to time.

This product worked wonderfully when I went to start my car this winter and discovered the battery was dead. I hooked this up quickly to my battery and immediately tried jump starting it and my Mazda CX9 started right up! I had an issue with charging as the unit was giving me an E3 error, but upon contacting the company they promptly agreed to send me a replacement unit - fantastic customer service from a company who stands behind their product. I highly recommend this unit, it works quickly and efficiently!

This little jump starter is magical. I charged it to 100% as soon as i received it before I started using it. The price is reasonable and it gets the job done. I have used it to jump three cars already without having to charge it. It started my Infiniti QX80 with V8, 5.6L engine with ease. Normally big and expensive jump starters find it difficult to start right away but this starts the car with just one push. It is extremely portable. I highly recommend this jump starter. In fact I will buy another one and send to my brother in Africa.

Good jump starter! Works especially well on batteries ties that are slightly dead. It's been 3 years and used it a handful of times. On the latest one, I I had to leave it on for a bit because the battery was really dead. Brought it's power from 100% down to about 15%. Next time I'll buy a bigger size battery to be safe. The only issue I have with it is the build quality. The plastic case makes it feel cheap.

This thing SAVED me! The charge % was at 100% and only dropped to 90% after I jumped my car. Thank God I had this in my trunk! Otherwise I would have been STRANDED!!!

My car battery is fully drained, and the battery would not even charge with a charger. Nothing was getting power, not even the power door locks. I was sure I would have to have a tow truck called out. As a gamble to save on that cost (and get the car running to bring into the shop) I bought this. I had a heavy lead-acid battery jumper device, but it did not work. Its battery had run out, and it also could not take a charge. This device started my car instantly, and it is very simply to use. Plug the cables in, connect the cables the battery (red to red, black to black), start the car, and disconnect the cables from the battery. The device has a light on the cable connector that turns steady green when the cables are connected securely. It has a safety check, so it does not spark when connecting directly to the battery terminals. Once it sees that it is getting a good connection, the light turns solid green and you are good to go. The lithium batteries are significantly better than the old lead-acid battery powered jumpers. Not only is it compact and light weight--the batteries hold a charge for two years so you can keep the device in the car and be certain it is ready to use if needed. The lithium batteries can also be recharged hundreds of times. It charges easily via USB-C from a power brick. I just used a 65w power brick that I have for charging phones and running a laptop.
