I filed a claim and the seller did nothing to help after asking for photographic evidence of the poorly manufactured connection between the frosted piece and the aluminum sides that should hold the plastic strip in place. Poor product, horrible customer service. Review: Damaged - It took bout a month to receive. The packaging was almost crushed, since this came from Shenzen, China by China post. The installation mount does not align with any electrical box. You just have to mount it directly on the wall. Also, one of the wires was stripped and frayed. I had to use some electrical tape to insulate it. I'm thinking about returning these items for refunds. They are not stylish at all. Regrettably, I was trying to get a nice look.

Keep looking
Will not cover any American electrical box. States chrome but it's really brushed aluminum. Very cheap quality.
