BLACK + DECKER 20V MAX Oscillating Tool, MultiTool, 6-speed, Tool Only (BDCOS20B)

I own a couple of the B&D 20v tools, so I decided to add this to my inventory. Overall, it's a good little saw. I used this for a couple small projects, including cutting through some shims that were blocking door latch from properly locking. The adjustable speed allowed me to switch from "cut like crazy" to "cut with finesse" as I worked through the cleanup. The portability of the saw makes it very versatile for completing these quick one-off tasks. The design of the saw (grips, weight, and operation) are very comfortable. It's not overly heavy but still feels solid. It does heat up a little during use but not so much that you would risk getting burned. Battery life is what you'd expect for a high-draw application like this. I have not yet run the battery down while using it, keeping in mind that I'm using this saw for smaller, quick finish projects. I like the functionality that the saw provides with the ability to swap out attachments, along with not having to work around a cord. This saw will not replace the traditional electric saw for heavy workloads. It is reasonably priced, and provides enough cutting power to keep your projects moving forward. If you don't already have one, buy an extra battery or two. The standard 1.5AH battery drains pretty quickly.

Like 6 speeds, simple on/off switch, tool came without a battery and uses my B-D 20v batteries. The tool cuts in those impossible to reach spaces. Dislikes the cutting tools did not have depth marking although the depth marking appear in pictures on the box and the scraper tool needs sharpened. I have several B-D 20v tools so this should be a good fit for an occasional user. Not a heavy duty contractor grade but still enough quality to last a lifetime.

Great quality tool and I love the quick blade change feature! It uses all my existing B&D 20V batteries. I no longer use my corded multitool that requires a hex key to change blades.

I needed a tool that would loosen up some windows from their wooden frames. This tool does that quite well. With a quick blade change you can cut the nails that you are bound to find as well. I have other Black and Decker tools that uses the same 20V battery system. Helps to have spares that work all around with all the tools. I am just a home owner that does DIY so not heavy use. The tool needed a battery swap but was able to finish the job. No over heating.

Not a big carpenter or anything but this thing has done every job that I've needed it to do so far. Holds a charge nice, has good power, really useful in doing laminate flooring. I'd buy again.

I love B&D tools, not only are they affordable, they meet my needs very well. I also have tools from Kobalt, but I'm so engrained in this ecosystem, I'm more than happy to keep on buying and utilizing this great, affordable suite of tools.

Esta maciza y pesada la velocidad variable ayuda bastante la probé cortando un tubo de cortinero de 1 pulgada y lo hizo muy bien me ahorro el esfuerzo a usar la segueta también le quedan los accesorios económicos sin problemas, el costo es relativamente alto a comparación de de otras marcas pero como ya tengo baterías me funcionó perfecto la verdad estuve como 1 años en decidirme si comprarla o no y no me decepcionó la luz también me gustó mucho.

J’ai acheté ça pour mon chum qui pensait que la collection 20V de Black & Decker ne faisait pas d’outil oscillant, effectivement il n’est pas en magasin mais je l’ai trouvé sur Amazon !
