Its been several months since I'm using this product, and never felt any major cons and completely satisfied with its performance. It also has good looks.

Superb washing machine
I was searching for a good washing machine. I was using Samsung front load before and was searching for a better product. Finally I zeroed on Electrolux after analyzing the available brands in Amazon. I was not sure but went ahead with Electrolux. I have been using it for last 6 months. It is one of the best qualities available in the market. Smooth operation without any noise, no vibration, washing quality is very good, washing features which include steam washing is awesome. I am very happy with the quality and performance. Anybody can go for it without any hesitation.

Beware - horrible quality and poor service
The washing machine is very poorly built. Within 1 year of very light use at home, one of the internal stabilizer part is broken and the machine sounds like a mechanical hammer. Electrolux service is also extremely poor with multiple calls required to schedule service, and spare parts (even under warranty) taking months to arrive. Do not buy Electrolux unless you have tons of time to constantly chase them to repair breakdowns. After 2 years, I'm so fed up with breakdowns, I had to trash the unit. I never had this problem with any other brand washing machine I've ever purchased in the past. Buyer beware.

Superior Product
To see the performance I waited almost one month before writing this review. Product is silent and powerful. Excellend useful feature of a quick 15 minutes wash for unsoiled, not so dirty laundry. The installation technician was well informed and explained all features. The Amazon delivery guy was very co-operative and placed the machine exactly where I wanted even though he had to carry it to our terrace shed. I definitely recommend the machine and service.

Ultimate Product Indeed
My family had used Electrolux products in the past and we were very happy with the appliances. I had been looking to buy a washing machine this Diwali and came across Electrolux products. The features in the machine are amazing, steam at 40 degree (couldn't find it in any other machine), option to add clothes after cycle start are the ones I love from many more. further the product is sustainable and enhances the cloth life.

First of all, the item arrived in excellent condition without any damage. Installation was hassle-free and most importantly it is working in excellent condition with great ease of use. It is a great value for money product.

Really happy to see this machine washed my double size quilt perfectly. Vapour wash is amazing. Can see wrinkles have gone down drastically compared to my older machine. Operating is so simple and easy.
