Apple iPad 9.7inch with WiFi 32GB- Space Gray (2017 Model) (Renewed)

This iPad was in amazing condition and looked better than expected. Packaging was well done and was very secure when I received it. Battery life was great and kept charge really well. Battery loss when the screen was not in use was minimal. Overall better experience than I expected. Worked right out of the box and had all the specs you expected. I did end of returning the iPad after a few weeks because I ran across a few apps that would not run with the older iOS. If it wasn't for this issue I would have kept it. Unfortunately I only got the iPad to run the specific apps and everyone online said that this iPad was compatible, but compatible and runs smoothly I guess are two different things. I have to buy a new iPad, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again. Now if you are looking for an iPad for recreational use: online browsing, some free games, watching streaming videos this would have been perfect. Buying this used iPad for a child would be a great investment. It would last them awhile and if they break it, then its not as much money/

I bought three of these, already owned one just like it. I was very happy with it. Kept one for myself because the one I had was beginning to malfunction due to a fall that cracked the screen, and even after replacing the screen, it didn’t work quite right so there was something else wrong with it. The replacements are working perfectly. My sons couldn’t be happier with them. Nor could I. The only problem I have with them is that they’re not supported anymore with additional iOS updates. But so long as they continue to work, to allow me to do email, Internet, searches, and some streaming, YouTube and prime video in the light, I see no reason to change from it. An excellent iPad at an excellent price. Not everybody needs the latest model. Look very carefully of what your needs are, and take a look and see if this fulfills it. Don’t waste money, buying something newer, and more expensive, when something an earlier model will do just as well, fulfill all your needs, and save you a ton of money.

This was so easy to pair with my phone and get started. FaceTime and messages working well, just like my iPhone would. No scratches or imperfections, battery is lasting, touch screen is working perfectly. Volume as well. I really can’t find anything wrong with it. For this price, it’s a steal for what I needed it for! Highly recommend!

Right out of the package the battery was at 100% it came with a charger which was a plus, I was able to download all my sons favorite apps only downside is no iMessage or FaceTime but my son is 5 years old so he doesn’t need that but overall it was a great buy thank you!!! Battery seems to be holding up as well

I received the iPad Air 2 from CPCertified and while the iPad was pristine in appearance the battery was absolutely shot on it. I turned it on and it was charged to 98% in the 3 minutes it took me to start the setup process it dropped down to 92% while being on an apple brand lightning charger. I knew that I'd be lucky if it stayed alive an hour or two at best which was not going work since I review books for a living and I am on my device constantly. There is also the fact that the cord and block that came with the iPad were generic off brand devices. The cord even had some damage to it. This is not a deal breaker but it was worth noting. I returned for a replacement and I will change the review if the secondary device is better than my initially received item. UPDATE: After a looong wait for the replacement, I received another iPad Air 2. I was a little concerned when it was only at 72% when I turned it on but it charged up to 100% perfectly and has held the charge while I've been updating the iPad software for the past couple hours. It has only dropped 4% in that time and seems to be perfect. The screen has a few VERY faint scratches but I'd expect far more from a refurbished iPad to be honest. It seems the seller definitely corrected the issue and I am extremely happy with my purchase. If anything happens in the 30 days I will update but I think my daughter will be very happy to have her Minecraft back.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IPAD UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND ON USING IMESSAGE OR FACETIME. I purchased this 9.7 inch 5th generation iPad for my son’s Christmas gift. I received my package on time, which I was eager to get it set up and wrapped for Christmas! Luckily, I had not procrastinated and had time to get it together. I was able to set the iPad up quickly with ease until I approached iMessage and FaceTime. iMessage and FaceTime both continued to display an activation error. I contacted Apple support to correct the issue. Apple stated my account (that I just made only an hour before) had been blocked for spam and to submit a request to have it unblocked. I followed the directions and waited 24 hours as directed. Apple never reached back out to me so I contacted them again, same outcome. I decided to create yet another new Apple account thinking it couldn’t be blocked for spam as it was brand new. Yet again, it was also blocked for spam and unable to activate iMessage or FaceTime. I reached out to customer service yet again. Followed the directions for a third time. This time I was given a reference number and instructed to contact them again if I did not hear back. Of course as fate would have it, I did not hear back so I contacted them as instructed. This time I was able to get a senior tech on the phone. The senior tech and I decided we would trouble shoot by creating another new Apple account (this was my 3rd one) on my MacBook to determine if it was the iPad or the Apple account that was causing the problem. The account activated perfectly on my MacBook so it was time to test the iPad. I logged in as I had before and unfortunately the iMessage and FaceTime still could not be activated. Apple support then informed me that the iPad operational system was outdated and could not support iMessage and FaceTime as it was too old. I then submitted for return as the iPad did not work to its full ability. I received my mailing label and dropped it off at the UPS
