I took a gamble on this tape measure, and it really turned out great. I love the contrast of black background and white numerical text. Easy to read and a solid tape for DIY.

I work in a warehouse and whenever I see was doing dimension checks for cartons or products, I had to search for the tape measure so I got this colored one to easily keep track of as “my” tape measure. I wanted inches and centimeters which is why I went with this specific item- the color and the two units of measure. However, this is even better than I had hoped for. I didn’t realize the tape measure is BLACK with white print. The contrast of colors paired with the larger-than-average numbers = AMAZING! This is so easy to read measurements and to read them accurately because the white numbers and tick marks stand out so well against the black background. I LOVE it and teased my male co worker about him wanting to borrow my pink “girl” tape measure because it was so easy to read and use. As far as the quality and functionality of the product- this tape measure works well. It stays in place as needed, even if it is extended quite a bit. Normally the tape measure I’ve used have a metal piece only on one side at the end, but this one has the metal lip on both sides, so it conveniently stays in place no matter which unit of measure I need to use. This is a great purchase and I like it so much that I might add it to my holiday wishlist so that I can have one to use at home, too.

Bought this for myself, because my husband kept hiding the other from me because he claimed I always “lost” it. 😐 Well, I haven’t lost this one and he’s actually had to borrow it before as well! I love the girlie look, the good price, the ease of ability for use and how it locks as needed and retracts appropriately. (Tape retracts easily) Ease of use. Love it! Great length, durability, and weight.

I bought this in March 2025 and have been using it regularly at work, often in dark and enclosed areas. The high contrast “dark mode” markings are exactly what I needed and make it much easier to read measurements in low light. I also like that the fractions are labeled right on the tape (1/8, 1/4, 3/8, etc.). It makes quick measurements easier without having to think about it. Another feature I like is the anti-pinch mechanism. It lets you control how the tape retracts, which helps prevent it from snapping back and possibly damaging the tape or spring. It’s been reliable so far and does what it’s supposed to do. Pros: High contrast markings are easy to read in low light Fractions labeled for quick measurements Smooth, controlled retraction Reliable for regular use Cons: Only comes in larger length, wish there was a smaller version Bottom line: Good tape measure, especially if you work in low light conditions. I would recommend it and would buy it again.

I'm a (legally blind) low-vision person, and I measure stuff all the time, and I am SO THANKFUL I stumbled on this tape measurer in the search results!!! It's SO much easier for me to see the white-on-black than the typical black-on-yellow tape measurers out there. AND this one automatically locks, which blew my mind. The entire "casing" is sort of rubbery, which makes it easy to grip, unlike the generic metal tape measurers I've been using. I just bought two more for people who I know would benefit from them, specifically from the high-contrast attribute. And the underside of the tape is the same measurement but oriented vertically instead of horizontally which is SO COOL!!! I've never seen that before and I am just SO in love with this tape measurer and no, I never thought I would ever say I'm in love with a tape measurer. THANK YOU for making and/or selling this; as weird as it sounds, an item like this makes my life SO much easier, and I'm extremely thankful.

Great tape measure that is super high contrast for my older 50 year old eyes, god I feel old. I got it in pink and am trying to get everything I use in pink because my husband keeps putting all the tools and such in weird places in the house and I can never find them so I thought getting all my stuff in pink would deter him. Guess who was using my pink tape measure the other day. SMH
