Product is very smooth and value added to our living room.

I bought it and barely used it a few times, always following the instructions. Just today it was working fine, and I simply moved it to another spot (literally just moved it) and it completely stopped working. It won’t turn on, it doesn’t respond, it’s completely dead. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of quality. It’s extremely frustrating that something so simple as moving it from place to place can make it useless forever. I can’t believe a product, with barely any usage, would fail like this. This kind of defect is unacceptable. They should not be selling a product this fragile. If you’re thinking of buying it, think twice. Don’t waste your money on something that breaks for no reason.

So a childhood friend recently & unexpectedly passed away. A total out of the blue for her parents as they had spoken with her the day before? Allowing all to send to the frame no matter where they are, ending with the most incredible gift we could ever give her parents. The gift of the memories she made and placed with so many. Videos of her dining, laughing, and hiking is all she loved and are now in this frame to be cherished forever and available for them to watch, play specifics and hold singles on site. Can you think of a more cherished gift from those who loved her to the ones that thought surely they would be gone before her? We all love the fact it is loadable from the downloadable app, even videos, and with the ability to write words to accompany the actions. Memories held by those who place, viewed by those who did not think allowed in new ones, how much more perfect could this frame of life moments be! May not be the purpose most obtained for, but it gives others different methods of staying in touch as imagine the joy to wake up with a new video beside your bed. Right on the nightstand, coffee table, kitchen? So many ideas, any way you wish them to be. So grateful for this amazing frame that crosses time and travel. I'm very pleased with this overall. The app is very easy to use. Sending pics to the frame is a cinch. The touch screen is VERY slow and unresponsive, but it's a really cheap tablet, so I don't expect anything great. The screen is bright and the colors are acceptable. I was worried the low resolution might be an issue but it's actually not a problem at all. My main gripe is that I can't find a way to delete photos from the device, just hide them. I'm sure there's something, it's just not intuitive. The normal "hold your finger on a photo for a few seconds to select" doesn't work, which is what I'm used to on my Android phone. Pinch zoom would be nice to have as well, but it's not crucial. Overall, a fantastic product, especially for the price. I'm very pleased.

If you face power outage it is gone. It won't start again no matter what. Waste of money.

Love this Frameo! The color is perfect for our living room, and the pictures are so vivid!

We love this picture frame. We travel quite a bit and recently had a baby. Because of this I have so many photos on my phone that I have forgotten. This gadget is perfect, I can send photos of our baby and our travels as we take them. The frame also looks nice in our home - does not just look like an ipad on the wall. We also purchased the same item for our parents, who can now also get daily pictures of the baby without us posting them online (and they love it!). Set up is super easy and intuitive. My only complaint is that you can only send 10 photos at a time, so getting a large batch of photos on the frame took a bit of time.
