Ball & Arc Massage Head

After being involved in a car accident last year in which I suffered damage to the muscles in my side/back I decided to purchase this item to help with my recovery. I am really glad that I did as it has been a real help and made a big difference.I really like the additional heat function and it is noticeable when in use without being too hot. The rotating nodules give a nice massage effect and change direction every so often which I personally found to be a good thing as it helped to remove the ‘knots’ in my side/back.My husband recently tweaked his back and tried the massager and was also really impressed with it saying that it he could feel a difference even after the first use.I don’t know how durable it is or how long it will last as it’s still early days, but so far I have been very impressed with it and for the (low) price I paid it has been worth every penny.

this solved all my aches and pains in my back. I previously used a chair but I couldnt control where the massage goes. With this I can. Its a lot better and cheaper.The one thing that didnt work for me was the neck massage. I couldnt get the circling things into my neck as they were too far apart.I think if the design is updated there should be a way to adjust how far apart the circling nodules are. If you could set them closer it could work for the neck. Another idea is to have them moving across to closer then a bit more apart as an optional program for a more expensive price.

Bought for my wife as a birthday present, she only just used it, said it's good. I had a go and it seems good, but my drop in 1 star I, it has to be connected to outlet to work, there's no battery to charge to go wireless. So being tied to a plug socket reduces where you can use it. It comes with a UK plug and a car lighter charger socket plug. The wire is a good length. It's a bit awkward to put on your neck, as it's rather heavy, so it uncomfortable to balance the pressure when it's on, and sit back on the sofa. If you don't push back hard enough it'll fall down the back of you. It does come with a strap to attach to a car seat headrest, but it won't attach to a normal sofa, so the straps useless unless in a car, or an office chair with a high back on it. Good features though, didn't notice any heat coming from it though, after going through all the settings.I would recommend as my wife now has it on the floor and let's it massage her feet.

So far, I’m very happy with my purchase- firstly, this was a bargain, secondly it’s been fabulous.I like the slowest setting with heat, it feels like it goes deeper and is a really nice pressure. Works well everywhere I’ve tried on my body. I suffer with ME and the pains I get can be unbearable, and this has really helped to ease and help with that so far. Nice with or without heat. Genuinely feels like a proper professional massage.I will update if anything changes.

This used to brilliant and I have buying for years , the last 2 I have bought are not strong , they stop as soon as pressure is applied, I am not happy what is going on !!

Bought this for back and shoulder massage and it did not disappoint to start with. However, after only a few months the screws inside came loose and so one side did not work. But credit to the manufacturers workmanship, they made it so well, I can’t go inside it to screw back the part!**Edited - the company got in touch with me and offered a full refund immediately! Amazing customer service!

I have a full body zero gravity massage chair and a massage seat .. having these to compare this with I have to say I am very pleased with it. I purchased this as a way of getting a quick fix without having to commit to the chair .. and I have to say I am impressed with it. The heat function is enough to warm the muscles .. you don't want it too hot (my chair's heat can get too hot and has to be turned off) .. the heat on this is just enough and feels warmer the longer you have it on. I have tried it on my lower and middle back and my thigh area and have no complaints. I am also happy that I get to take this on holiday with me, as I really miss my chair when I'm away walking a lot. Would recommend as a good buy.

I bought this as an alternative to going for professional massages as they are quite expensive. I have a really big and painful knot just below my shoulder blade and have to get it massaged out every couple of months at least. I used this tonight and within half an hour the knot was complete gone, as well as other knots on my back/ shoulders, neck. I really like that it’s heated and would really recommend buying if you suffer with back pain
