Work like charm no blister
I am running n having low arches many shoes these days have arch support.. so they always dig into arches n give me blister in just 5km run also.. tried many things so far .. chafing cream.. bandaid.. blister socks but none work.. This tape has enough glue to hold on feet even on arches and have little spongy feel ..post run i saw the part of shoes which hit my foot on tape got flat ..so tape took most of the rubbing n saved my feet .. full recommend as runner

No adhesion
This product was waste of money. It doesn't stick to skin, the adhesion is really poor. If this doesn't stick it's useless. Not recommended

It works pretty well
It really works, I didn't have any shoe bite problem when I'm wearing it. The tape was easy to use. It lasts for almost 4-6 hrs and after that it will fall off on its own due to the amount of friction we put on the tape.
