This is brand new and the steam doesn’t come out no matter what i do ? what can i do? it hasn’t been dropped or anything like that .. thank you

I put my thumb gently over the little symbol with the dots on the base of the diffuser. I was frustrated at first as I couldn't get it to work but try different pressures. Failing that it must be a faulty one.

Does it come with oil in

No sorry the oils are sold separately x

Some essential oils are toxic to dogs and cats. Please check which are safe to use. I have a cat and dog so am limited to chamomile, lavender and frankincense. Dogs can tolerate more oils than cats, though.

No matter what setting i use, it turns off after 5 mins, what is going on?

Mine doesn't do it. It must be a wrong setting that you use or fault.
