Wonderful water heater

It's a grat Geyser, but water get cold within few hours. You can expect 20 Ltr. of warm water (not hot) at single use. Ease of installation is good. Performance is ok. Ok for 2 person.

Branded item and ourchase from online , just not to worry. You just have some genl knowledge before purchase, like cspacity , units ,tine etc

I have purchased it on 11th December 2023, Posting this Product review on 24th January 2026, Warranty Period 2 years, Easy to install and easy to use and no noise, No issues untill first one year of installation, after that the crucial brand Crompton's reputation falls down, Whenever the customer rise their service request, the Unprofessional service persons will come from the Crompton company they will never take any type of responsibility for the damage they have made to the customers product because of their untrained operations, Within the warranty of two years I have changed the water heating element for two times, I didn't expect this type of low quality product from the reputed company Crompton, they made this product like use-&-through type within one year, If you want a show-case piece of water heater and you don't worry about the quality and use, then you can buy this absolute worst product from brand Crompton No value for money, No copper element as this brand claims, No copper tank this will lead to no preservation of hot water for morethan half an hour, No proper service support from Crompton, Only third-party, local unprofessionals, labelling Crompton name in their shirts attends the service request after several calling for several days, and doing service with unprofessional way, Service personals always Replacing the element with local market duplicate spare products, that's why it will cause to more repairs just within the warranty period of two years Customer satisfaction code is like a OTP to finish the service request, Crompton says this code will be shared with the service request attending professional, only when the customer satisfied from that service and ofcourse after the finishing of work, But the service professionals always ask the code before or in between the completion of the work, And the worst part is some service professionals cancelling customers service request without the customers concern and knowledge, customers never get the service request cancelled information, so they will wait for the service professional for a days or week, not knowing that their service request was cancelled and no professional will not going to come to serve you, otherwise they have to make a new request for the service. So in simple words, the Brand Crompton has Neither Quality Nor Control over their products and services As a customer for us & for our spending, we have always get: 100% Disappointment, 0% Quality.

Power Plug, Pipes for inlet, outlet&Installation not included. Even local companies provide Power Plug for all electronic & electrical Appliances. Not providing is ridiculous. Look wise it is Good & easy to install but we are facing functionality issue. The Hot water is not coming out from outlet but it is coming back from inlet of cold water only.

I have purchased this Geyser in Sep 2023 and going strong till today. The water gets heated instantly and once can take a continuous shower for upto 10 Mins which is more than enough. When all the heat water is used, still it can give you around 30 degree centigrade continuous water flow which is more than enough for small family.
