**Q: Can you still use a water base tire dressing over it? Oil based long lasting dressing?**
A: Dont buy this product.  Be better off going to hardware store and buying white paint pen. The pen barely will do one tire. I had to buy 4 pens to do all 4 tires. Waited 3 days for full dry before applying any dressing and it came off.

I'm not happy at all with this pen. The Pen had almost no paint in it. Couldn't even finish a half of tire. So i won't be buying another one from them. I wanted to send it back but it is none returnable.
