do they test on animals?

As previously mentioned L’oréal DOES test on animals and it ‘owns’ NYX . If you are interested in products not tested on animals, Amazon sells many great products that are truly CRUELTY FREE including makeup. (Just check that the parent company is cruelty free as well). Not a PETA member but always an animal lover.

How quickly does this dry out? I apply over my eye shadow and find that some dry out quickly or as soon as I start applying.

I find it to last as long as I'm applying, one reason I recommend this product. Other's dry fast even reapplying later. I can reapply later to freshen up if needed & still Epic still applies smoothly. You can't go wrong, try it!! I'm very picky, so for me to like & purchase really says something.

How do you wash it off?

i have oily skin too, i find a good eye primer really helps keep eye shadow and eye liner in place. i love this eye liner too, works so nice. to get it off i use a make up wipe or a microfiber cloth with water

Anyone get theirs with no plastic seal around the cap? i could just pop the cap off.

Anything with NO seal that goes on or in my body gets returned... And I make sure to mark directly on it "USED". Obviously Amazon's making $$$ on used, returned products 😣. One way to stop them restocking this is to mark it "Used" B4 returning! Maybe if we all do this they'll chg their greedy practices. ☹️
