Actually fits genuine Toyota TRD PRO grill. Pattern is in correct orientation. As of one week of travel, I have had zero error messages from the TSS. To my utter dismay, this has saved me over $300 over buying the Genuine Toyota garnish.

This thing works, and works like it should. Purchased a aftermarket grill for my tundra and the sensor cover that came with it didn't work. The Pre-Collision Sensor Malfunction started popping up. Purchase this one and fixed all my issues.

It fit physically as it should, but the pattern is upside down. Not installed upside down, as it only fits one way.
