What micron is this product?

I don’t know the micron, I do know I use it every two weeks or so and I use regular ground Folgers coffee. Very little gets through besides the liquid, not even noticeable.

How much coffee does it takes to brew 5 gallons?

I brew approximately 4 gallons of cold brew with 2 lb of coffee, so roughly a quarter pound per gallon. Hope this helps.
