I have tried it on only a couple of pairs of earings which were tarnished and the cloth seems to do a good job. will be interested to see how long the effects last.

This is my second time around purchasing these. They really do a better job than the polishing cloths commercially available in drug/discount stores. Although all treated cloths do clean well, the texture of this product really does a good job minimizing and making scratches less conspicuous. That was my motivation for trying them in the first place. They work as expected which honestly surprised me. If all you have is very light scratches, you can make them disappear with these. Excellent product in my opinion!

These cloths do an incredible job polishing metal. I bought them to polish and clean tarnish from pocket knives, they worked great. The results were quite good and I was impressed. Then I used them to polish gold jewelry and all I can say is WOW. They give my gold jewelry an amazing shine that I didn't get when using an ultrasonic cleaner alone. They really make jewelry pop. Definitely recommend them.

Work well, time will tell if last

I like my jewelry to always look its best. For years all I could do was keep the stones sparkly until I discovered Caribbean Gem. Now all of my gold, platinum, and silver pieces are tarnish free. Plus these cloths also remove fine scratches so my pieces look jewelry store shiny! I offer to brighten up my friends' jewelry too and always gift a sheet of Caribbean Gem so they can keep their items looking their best. This may sound hokey, but it's all true!

It kind of works, and will get some tarnish off, but it does not remove all tarnish and you have to put some elbow grease into wiping the item. I was disappointed in the product as I've used clothes before that I purchased at a local store.
