Looks and works great
I’m very happy with this labeller- I like how it looks, the app works fine, and I like that I can print up to a 1” wide label. The only feature I wish it had is the ability to connect to my laptop. Highly recommended

Best Labelmaker with Lifetime Warranty!
I'm surprised this label maker is underrated, it's far capable compared to the offbrands that are on Amazon. Epson is reputable company known for their printers, it was between this and Dymo. I've used the Dymo before, however this time around I wanted one I can plug-in to an outlet without dealing with batteries, and also forgo the blackberry style keyboard and screen and just connect over bluetooth. Did I also mention this has a lifetime warranty? Plus there's a plethora of cartridges, you can print labels on ribbons or even magnetic strips. I plan to enjoy this for many years to come! Happy labeling!

Good product
The print quality is nice, just that it is slow and the cut isn’t clean

Wasteful, but Amazing
Great for printing custom labels for my plant baby's pots with QR codes to my database to track when I last watered/fertilized, etc. And the app is super easy to use. My only complaint is I don't understand why it cuts off an entire 1/2" of tape before each print job -- that's insanely wasteful (see pic - could have printed so many labels with the amount that's chopped off). Some tape comes with a slit down the middle to gently bend the label and the backing comes right off, other tape doesn't, but sticking it to a piece of tape helps to pull the backing off.

Easy setup right out of the box.
I anticipated the typical Epson high quality and was not disappointed. Worked fine right out of the box. The backing is sometimes a little difficult to peel off the label, but that just might be my technique.

App not so great
Printer is nice and works well. Since it depends on the app to work, I consider that part of the product. It’s not great. The Bluetooth disconnects and does not automatically reconnect to my iPhone which means I need to go to the settings every time I want to connect to the printer. The power connector is non standard and around 60 bucks which is obviously a money grab since it doesn’t need to be. The labels are not back split which makes removing the paper from the label a pain. Needless to say, I had high hopes and am rather disappointed.

Great Choice for a Label Printer
Love the quality of the printed output and all the tape type options. The printer feels very high quality in its build also. Highly recommend this printer.

UGLY AND USELESS
Firstly, I have to mention in passing that this item has to be the UGLIEST thing I’ve ever seen… but what I’m really irritated about is that it never connects to my Bluetooth. Since purchasing it a year ago I’ve managed to use it about 5 times. A perfectly useless - and did I say ugly? - item.
