Works great in my 20 gallon tank but is on the strong side. I turn off at night to slow down the current for my corals. Had a year and running strong.

Still quite new but this is a great improvement over a traditional centrifugal power head, and best of all it’s completely silent. Works well but it's not for 29 gallon tanks. It's way to fast.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought both sizes of this and the smaller ones are very quiet the medium sized one not so much. The magnet is strong and it puts out good water flow. I just have one problem... I went to clean it and I broke the ceramic shaft in the process. 😢 Is there a way to get replacements?

Perfect cheap wave maker for small tanks like biocubes, it is small enough to not be noticed that much, while have enough suction and flow for the whole tank

I did a ton of research. This thing really helps my 35./40 gallon fish tank decent current not too strong to blow my crazy plants all over the place. I have a ton of plants dwarf lobsters. When I do a water change, it’s in the back left corner of my tank way easier to maintain and helps with the filter filters.

In regards to the hugger mini wave maker... First impression was that it performed as advertised... About 2 months later it began to malfunction. The blades seem to be loose on the shift causing it to stop and strat randomly. Not good after only two months. The phone # supplied to Chino Ca..just rings, so no customer service to resolve this issue. Ok, so it is not really that expensive yet I expect it not to fail after just exceeding its' return window. No customer service certainly does not help as we could have avoided a bad review... So if you are considering this item, my advise is to pass and look toward another product. A better practice would be to address a customer issue rather than recieve a bad review. For me...this was definitely a bad choice. I have to give 1 star to this company because it will not accept a review if you dont give it something... It should be a 0

Slightly larger than a more expensive brand but this pump has great flow and is silent. I own 2.
