Value+ for money, can't go wrong with any JBL device audio quality, bass came out way better than expected, true plug and play. overall I'd confidently recommend it. Just make sure which system you're choose for ur needs.

Stopped Working After 2 Days – Very Disappointed
We purchased this speaker at the beginning of February and were initially happy with it. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after just two days of normal use. Since it was under warranty, we were told to take it to an authorized service center — which is a 50-minute drive from our home. After making the trip, we’re now being told they have to wait for a replacement part to repair it. For a brand-new product to fail after only two days is extremely disappointing. At this point, I would have expected a replacement unit rather than having to go through the inconvenience of repairs and delays on something that was practically brand new. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I would encourage others to consider this before purchasing.

Can't connect Subwoofer again
When it arrived, the bar and Subwoofer connected automatically. After I unplugged to move it, the Subwoofer can't connect anymore. I tried everything I found online in the official guide and even in YouTube videos. It just doesn't work. Now it is kind of useless. Only the bar works

Lovely sounds but be warned, you will need a fibre optic cable to connect to your TV for sound

Have installed one of these before so when my daughter needed one I had no hestitation in going for this model. As expected it was easy to install and set up. The sound quality is nice and we especially love the visual feedback from the "hidden" LCD display in the front, which is hidden except when making changes to volume etc. We have it hooked up to the TV using the HDMI ARC port which is working flawlessley with the LG TV.
