I'm always skeptical on these types of things and I don't very often leave reviews, but this thing actually works very well and saved me a lot of time. Also a lot safer than stripping with a knife. I don't think the hand crank would be a very good option but it is very easy to hook up a battery drill. I used a ty-wrap to control the trigger and turned it on and off by removing the battery. I'm very happy and definitely would recommend this time saving tool.

Not even sure I set it up properly, but grabbed a 10ft piece of 2ga(THHN) which I find to be a major pain with the extra pvc coating, set drill on low, bam, like10secs no issues at all. Honestly probably would have went with a cheap china machine had it not been 26% off. I’d pay the full price after using it once. Will see how it holds up, but seems solid. Blades can be purchased off copperminetools web site, haven’t look on Amazon yet.

Cuts any type of wire big or small with ease

Machine works good. Paid for itself in no time. However, the hex drill adapter broke & half of it is stuck inside.

This wire stripper saves so much time when stripping big wire. I’ve stripped all wire from 1/0 to 600kcmil with ease using this stripper with my drill. With the time it saved it paid for itself the first time I used it.

Can be very difficult to change blades without a proper thin walled wrench, other than that works great
