I changed my mind about this faucet. First, I received a faucet that didn't have all the parts. I exchanged that and got another, but my installer took more than 30 days to install it, so no ability to return it this time. It's very good looking, but that's all. Anemic amount of water comes through, with no aerator. I called the company to complain that the splashing and no aerator are big problems for me. They sent me a replacement spray head made of plastic (not brass) and doesn't even fit. This a very good-looking faucet from Grohe. I bought it because I had a Grohe kitchen faucet that lasted over 20 years. My only problem is that the hose is too short for me to be able to fill my coffeemaker with the sink faucet.

I have owned a lot of homes being in the real estate business for over thirty years. This is by far the nicest looking and best functioning faucet I have purchased to date. I have a single sink depth of nine inches LG Hi-Macks counter with integrated sink. There is zero splashback the reviews are correct in that the faucet does not have an aerator but that is what I like. The water streams like a waterfall, it is very cool and if you need a broader spray use the sprayer.

After about 6 months the head goes into the spray mode all by itself causing water to splash everywhere. Grohe was responsive and sent a new head. After about 6 months the same issue is occurring. I love the look of it, but this is unacceptable and I will have to replace it.

I got this product, but half of the parts were missing from the box! I am stuck now as I missed the 30 day return window. Don't but from this seller. The product is good, but the seller took parts out!

I love the look and it's exactly why I picked it out. If you are installing this yourself I suggest looking at the video posted on their website it'll make a lot more sense than the instruction sheet. I did have a laugh when I went to fill up and ice tray and it splashed everywhere. So they're not wrong in regards to that but I still love it.

very beautiful and works amazingly, easy to install (we did it ourselves) temperature and volume control are reliable, stream of water is steady and quiet, handle is easy to turn on and off with the side of my hand if necessary, spout is also easy to move with my arm if necessary, pull out and sprayer work great, easy to redock love that german engineering!!!

Quality is awful. Only had it for two years and now it randomly switches to spray all the time. Water splashes everywhere and on the body. Very annoying!

I’m not sure what’s up with this faucet but it keeps going to spray by itself while I’m using it on regular mode. It’s pretty annoying. Does anyone know why?

The overall height is a bit shorter than common tall faucets, which worked pretty well with my cabinet heights. Whereas the water level is higher than the other tall faucets, this may cause water splash problem until you get used to it. Otherwise, I love the design. You may also get confused with the number of parts to assemble, when you open the box for the first time. Follow the instructions manual.

We love this faucet, however it's started to malfunction. Now, every time I turn the tap in, it vibrates .. likely a valve inside. Very frustrating...

Everything is fine and smooth. Like it very much.

I find the height of the tap creates a lot of splashing. Hoping we will get used to this.

Replace the old one.
